re: Restored Fiats (Super Select & Others)

Dear all - as you may know, I have restored four of my FIAT cars. Although there are some photographs on the forum, I was not able to post most of the photographs due to high memory size. I have just learnt to shrink the memory size to below 1MB so now I can post the photographs. This is what I always wanted to do, keep all of them together, so here goes. Enjoy!

THE CYRUS & DARAYUS DHABHAR COLLECTION!
MRY3112 - 1964 Fiat 1100 Super Select, restored in 2007.
MRF6466 - 1967 Fiat 1100 Delight, restored in 2009.
MH01YA3238 - 1996 Left Hand Drive Premier Padmini imported from Dubai, restored in 2008.
BLL4919 - 1988 Premier Padmini, restored in 2005.

Best regards,

Behram Dhabhar

re: Restored Fiats (Super Select & Others)

Dear all - for some reason, photographs of MRF6466 are not opening, so I am posting them again. TeamBHP Moderators - you may like to do the needful and merge them in the previous post if required.

Dear Pavan and Priyadarshan - thank you for your comments. It is a huge headache dealing with garages, procuring used parts as and when they become available which is very unpredictable, but I guess it is worth it. Pavan, you must be going through a similar experience. By the way, MRY3112 I believe may be the only Fiat Super Select in India to be fitted with Piper Stage 1 Rally Camshaft and German Hella Projector Headlights.

Best regards,

Behram Dhabhar

Elementary my dear Bulldogji. Yes, indeed I have been seeing the car there on and off for over a year I think. Yes, it has a farohar sticker on it.

And I am ready to pick up all such bhangaars (as my neighbours call them), but where do I put them?

While on the subject of rotting cars at Napean Sea road, do you remember the maroon 126? She is now in Chor Bazaar.

You'll be surprised. Pune isn't what it used to be, though yes, things are so much more managable than Mumbai.

And its high time you add an 1100 to your fleet! Can I take the liberty to look for a nice car for you?
