Do you know an MEV registered Super Select somewhere near HAL Second Stage, Bangalore? (Location - IIRC. In and around Indiranagar, definitely. There are quite a few FIAT's there, ever seen them? )

This one was in a duotone (or half saree combo, eh, Stanher? ) blue and white. A Bangalorean replica of MRX 6839, if you will.

Is MRX 8141 still in Bombay, by any chance?

A Premier President spotted at the Chamundeswari Temple, Chamundi hills, Mysore. The parking lot had abput a hundred cars last Saturday (27/12/2014) and this one was special to old car lovers like me. It is evident that the car has climbed the gradient of the Chamundi Hills to reach the parking lot at its summit.

However, the car has been rebadged by its owner as a Premier Padmini (maybe he could not find the original President badge from the market) as was the case for many older Fiat 1100 D's too. The speedo console is also altered to the one from the late 1980's and early 1990's. The OE President signature badge on the front grille "PAL" is retained though - very rare sight these days.

BYH 3105 is observed here, on a very rain drenched day in Pune. The date I think was- 15th August. Must've been out for the rally I guess.

Coincidentally, this pic was taken from a FIAT. Don't forget to notice their expressions!

That is amazing. I saw the same fiat on sunday morning on the way to Poona and later in the afternoon again, just at the beginning of the expressway outside Poona.

I passed him near Vashi on the way out so he must have done a quick day trip, Bombay- Poona - Bombay.

I last saw this car in March at last year's VCCCI event. Glad to see her in action, and probably hope to see it in next week's event.

Today was a good day- got an input from that an MHJ registered Fiat was parked somewhere in Kothrud. MHJ- In a lightish blue, Cyan. Hopefully- I'll go and check out the car.

I searched in the records, MHJ Fiat, in blue. This is what turned up. The closest match.


MHJ 7202. Or perhaps, the input was wrong? Perhaps the registration was MHP? Got another hit. MHP 1589.

Dear Fintail - this photograph of MHJ8497 was taken on 26 January 2007 at the FCCCI event in the cantonment area of Khadaki. I was there with my BLL4919. I am posting one photograph of my car taken on the same day.

Also, it is so nice to see Jimmy Uncle with MHJ7202, so thanks. I firmly believe that MHJ7202 must be black only and not any other color.
