Im planning to order VPX Meltdown fatburner from bodybuilding.com, The cost is coming upto $74 (excluding shipping) for 3 bottles. Will there be any custom charges on this?

I found this website where they sell whey isolates at bulk prices in london. 20kg bag will cost around GBP 180.00 including shipping(within london) which equals to approx INR 12,500.00, So 1kg of whey will cost just 625rs. One of my friend is travelling to london this week and im planning to get a 20kg bag through him.

About whey, of Dynamatize Elite n ON Nitro Core 64, has anyone used these? I've used Nitro Core 64 n found it better than Intrapro, at least. Any recom. here please? /Thanks

Guys, I had torn my rotator cuff a month back and finally hit weights section last night without feeling any pain. However, I have lost quite a bit of strength (bench down from 85kgs to 50kgs, lat pulls down from 70kgs to 45kgs) as well as some definition, especially in the upper arms (down from 15.5" to 14.3") and shoulders (deltoids have shrunk) since I primarily concentrated on the lower back, abs and legs while the shoulder recuperated. On one hand, I want to start loading up the weights quickly so that I can get back to my previous level but fear that stacking the weights in a short period of time might tear my tendon yet again. What do you guys suggest is the best course of action?

Seller based in Amritsar and selling on eBay? Sounds a bit dubious. I once sourced a bag of whey from a supposedly reputed dealer in Punjab and it turned out to be adulterated with atta. Not saying that this guy might do the same but you never know.
