Watched " The Missing" starring Jack Lemmon and Sissy Spacek

Its based on a true story of an American journalist who goes missing during a south american military coup.

Jack Lemmon ( Odd Couple 2 star) is that journalists father and Sissy spacek is the wife and both face hostilites from American embassy and other authorities and their grit and determination to find him.

Nicely made movie. Worth a watch for sure

I switched it off after the first 20-30 minutes. Nothing happened in that time. Maybe the movie is good after that, who knows?

Sunshine Cleaning: Its bout 2 sisters who get into cleaning up after a crime scene. They have issues in their life they are dealing with and thus end up doing this business. Life is not nice and struggles happen is at the core of this movie. Medium paced movie and talks alot about relationships which is nice.

Do watch this movie. Its insightful.

Watched Transporter -3.

The movie is slick, nice and gripping. I loved it. Especially that Audi.

Watched Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'hoole and Action Replayy on Diwali day.

Legend of the Guardians... is a feel good movie, going by the story. More than the story, it's the 3D visual effects that take the cake. The animation and attention to detail leave you mesmerized and immersed in the movie.

Make sure that you watch it in a good screen. I watched it in one of the small screens in PVR Chennai. Maybe due to this, at times, the picture got blurred, and it seemed the 3D was disintegrating. After the interval, it was better.

Watched Transporter 3 and 2012.

Loved Transporter 3 mainly for the Audi and Jason . RATING : 3/5

2012 had its moments, but i felt that it had been dragged slightly RATING : 3.5/5

Baskteball Diaries: A hard hitting movie of life being ruined by drug addiction. Tremondous role played by Leo di and Maark wahlberg as high school kids from bad neighbourhoods who get into drugs for fun and it then turns into an addiction and ruins their life.

4.5/5

Do watch it as its in the league of Trainspotting and Requiem for a dream. Would scare the sh** of anyone having any addiction

Superb comedy. Worth a watch.

Saw Shrek The Final Chapter, Cats and Dogs 2 and Despicable Me.
Despicable Me was the best, Cats and Dogs 2 was the worst.
Shrek was funny in patches.

Saw Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

Like others mentioned, This is one of those rare movies (if not only) where Jim Carry has done a serious role without much of his signature antics. The story is slightly complicated so you need to watch it carefully. Overall great performances by all & a very nice & tight direction which makes it watchable.

Btw did anyone notice the string of Hindi Songs at Kate's apartment

But the overall setup & a few scenes here & there & there were not upto my liking.

Hmm a slow paced movie, no doubt and I don't think is the kind of Hollywood movie that Indian audience have traditionally watched and/or liked. A very different Jacko in this movie. The last 20 mins more than make up for the slow-motion style right through. The last is scene is very moving and even the hard-fried folks among us might have moist eyes. 3/5 From me. Others might put it a little lower.

Watched megamind last night. It is such a boring movie. Please believe me when I say I went to sleep and don't know how the movie ends. I don't know what the hype was about. What a waste of 9.5$.

I saw this movie (About Schimdt) yesterday and i echo your review which is perfect to say the least. It is slow but in no way boring. My wife who doesnt like most pictures was glued to this (slow) movie

The last scene was worth the 2 hours spent in watching this movie. One of the best moving scene that i witnessed in a long time. A tough guy like me too had moist eyes.

Loved Jacko and wish luck to several people like him who are in similar situations be it US or India

P.S: Next in Line is the old classic " Rebel without a Cause" starring James Dean. Any reviews?
