+1 to safari lovers post.
the movie's story line is a tried and tested one and is not much different either.
but the brilliant work done by the actors and the Dual meaning dialogues make this movie worth a watch.

Watched " The Darjeeling Unlimited" Starring Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody and Irrfan Khan

Its the story of 3 american brothers taking a train journey in India to discover themselves and also some spirituality. Its a light hearted drama.

Nothing extraordinary ! Can be watched once

2.5/5

I would rate it as 4.5/5. 0.5 less only because the climax defies history. I know it is a fiction, but still.

But a Must Watch, nevertheless.
A typo; it should be Inglourious Basterds. QT named it that way.

overall a great movie. imagine this took a decade of dedication to be made.

Also watch the original spaghetti western 1978' Inglorious *******s. its a good movie too.

mobike: I thought it was the "Darjeeling Limited" which is the name of the train they take.
I consider it a waste of my time frankly. I cannot stand Owen Wilson and this movie was too weird. Neither very funny nor had enough drama.

Did recently watch "Marley and Me" with the same guy but watched that for the dog :-)

On second thoughts, your right. Even i dont like Owen Wilson, his acting nor his crooked nose....Btw, there were two crooked nose people in the movie if you include Adrien Brody...LOL

Movie name is " The Darjeeling Limited"

Btw, i liked the train stewardess, she lit up my fire !

Watched " Internal Affairs" Original Hong Kong Movie in chinese with english subtitles. It's a gripping, tension-filled, well directed and acted thriller movie.

Hollywood movie " The Departed" is based on this movie.

It's a must watch

4/5

P.S: Next in line is " Malena"

No problemo. The only reason i knew this is because there are tons of DVDs of this movie available on sale at Spar and Landmark
Still, the movie is definitely on my list.
There are parts 2 and 3 also to this movie, btw!
