^^My thoughts exactly. I hit this thread with a possibility of seeing pics of it. May be the owner is reading this and expecting the hype to die down and then take it for a spin (sumdi mein). More than that I pity the photographers from the press who are waiting for their break. OR we can request our own Manish to move to Mumbai temperorily to make everyone happy ?

Exactly!. Only @manish can get exclusive pics of new cars. He must have some magic potion that makes rich car owners do stupid tricks with their exotic cars just so he could take photographs. The rest of us will get shot at or threatened if we attempted the same.

Why would one want his supercar delivered during monsoons? Oh wait, during MUMBAI monsoons?!?!
That done, how does one manage to manoeuvre it around??

I guess that's the reason why it has not been spotted yet. Pot holes have taken over the city hence getting his monster out now ain't a good idea.

Friday night iam sure it will be spotted outside aurus. That where ive seen the phantom, ex 100, ghost. So chances are high.

Saw the owner. Saturday night in his Rolls at carters.. The cops and other plain clothes men had to stand on the road, clearing it out and stopping other cars so his Rolls could pass by freely. Pity is all i felt.

Dont know how true it is but a local newspaper here says that Amitabh Bachan is very interested in Bugatti cars and that he would buy it when it launches, it goes on further to say that it will be one of the first sold in India. I for one am waiting for Lotus cars to show up, i drove the Lotus Elise long long time back in Gurgaon and it rocked my world the import was sadly a wrong side drive and was imported illegally :( so could not really take it out for a proper spin.

EDIT: The Lotus Evora is so dreamy on teh cheaper side and with performance of a super car with 2+2 seating

Nice, good to see it here.

I would have imagined it to be a real estate guy before an industrialist.

Anyhow, is the duty set to 8cr for all cars costing 3.5cr and up in LHD or would the duty still be 114% on the cost of the car and they are thinking of allowing LHD cars above 3.5cr made in small amount? And would this mean even used cars?
