Any route which is car-able is also bike-able !! Although the vice-versa may not be true

BTW, I biked to pondi from bangalore in March 2005. roads are same as it was that time. took 6.5 hours (5.5 hours to be precise from home to Pondi gate) including an hour break at chengam for breakfast.

I liked biking that route

OK, I was offline for last few days due to a wedding in the family - back in Chennai today. Will talk to the Chennai guys and put up a POA for Chennai gang soon.

Bangy guys already have a plan in place to leave Blore on Saturday morning 6:30AM, with only LukeSkyWalker leaving on Friday night to Pondy.

Need to also work on that sight-seeing plan to cover the most important places in the list and at the same time not make it too lengthy and boring.

Guys, As of today morning, I had other plans but I have been following the thread and also talking to @mail4ajo about the same.

Myself and @diwas are planning to join you guys..will update you in 3 hrs with a confirmation

OK, I am sending out the guest list to the hotel today, so that when you reach the resort and tell your name, they will give you the room number & key. This would be useful because Bangy guys will be coming in earlier than Chennai guys.

Going by PatchyBoy's plan, Bangy guys would be at the resort at 1PM, which is the check-in time I have given for them.

Chennai guys will assemble at TIDEL Park at 12:30PM and leave at 1PM sharp for Pondy, to reach the resort by 3PM, which would be the check-in time for them.

brraj/satya, you guys are coming to Pondy via Chennai right ? If so, are you driving down with us from TIDEL Park ? Let me know so that I can give the check-in time for your 3 rooms accordingly to the resort.
