I am sorry guys would not be able to make it,

just now heard from the training team in office about a training happening on that weekend. Tried my level best to wiggle out of it. But could not, I am really sorry for not able to make it.

SB, I hope my absence does not create too much trouble in your planning for the rooms.

That's fine, Anand. Sometimes stuff happens that throws our plans out of gear.

Note : With anandthe leo dropping out and headers moving to the suite, we now have room for 2 people in 1 Deluxe room @720 per head. Anyone interested ? Plus there is one S.Deluxe room also available for 3 @ 970 per person.

And there is nothing ashamed in hitching a ride with someone. With rising fuel prices today, some of us drive more than 100 kms daily to work and back. So maybe our tbhp meets would mean to hitch a ride!

That would be a last minute decision. Today, there is a massive diesel shortage in Chennai and my vehicles are all stuck!

If such a trend continues, we may have to cycle to pondy!!

Just talked to the resort manager and confirmed 6 Deluxe rooms + 1 SuperDeluxe + 2 Suites, for which I would be transferring the rental amount to the hotel a/c today.

Also, asked him if it was possible to block 2 more Suites for us till 25th August, for those that might join at last minute. Since he is at Chennai currently, he will need to get back to the resort before he can confirm this - will know by 7PM today.

The details of those confirmed are :

1) PatchyBoy+wife (Deluxe-1) - Paid
2) VJ_Mavrick+wife (Deluxe-2) - Paid
3) bottle+saiyan+vince (Deluxe-3) - Paid
4) khan_sultan+wife (Deluxe-4) - Paid
5) condor + 1 (Deluxe-5) - Paid
6) phoenix (Deluxe-5) - Paid.
7) brraj + 1 (Deluxe-6) - Paid by SB for now - brraj will transfer money (Rs.1150) today.

Just that he was initially planning to arrange some other accomodation and asked not to be included in the St.James list. I am sure some more guys will join (there are some more guys from Bangy that might join & possible that a mad mullah + some other mad mallus might join from Kerala) in which case, he can be clubbed with them.

And worst comes to worst, even if no one else joins, I still have a jugaad way for accomodating him (+2 more people) at St.James.

Hey neoranjit, so even if you decide to jump in last minute, be assured that you also can count on accomodation.
