Booz - Buy Your Own Booz (BYOB) - booz will not be shared.

Food - Contribution Basis - Contributions should be collected by 15th of November, 2008. if possible arrange for a mini meet and collect the money. (Dr. saab - can we have a rough estimate? - but IMO 250-300/- should be enough since booz expenses are excluded)

Soft Drinks and Juice Bottles ka paisa will be included in Food expense.

-> we can either buy the food from a Dhaba (Midway is the nearest IMO) or ask the cook to cook

there will be one/two item(s) for the veggies - Number of non-veg items should not be more than 2 excluding roti/rice (roti will be better IMO)

Snack may include kababs (veg n non-veg) or "chanachur"/peanuts.

Carry medicine if you are allergic to whatever - Carry Paper Towels.

23rd November Team-BHP Picnic,Dhulagor Baganbari :

UPDATE:-

1) Number of heads per T-BHP members AND Confirmation of attendance:

Please confirm your attendance by 15th latest.No 50:50 business after that.Money will be collected by 15th.
We're counting heads,and food expenses will depend on the final head-count.

2) Food and beverages :

Liquor,as Planet said would be BYOB,that includes beer,wine and all other spirits!
Cold drinks and fruit juice may be included in the food.
Break-fast and lunch (includes everything from pea-nuts,chanachur to kebabs) : Discussions on with caterer.Will update.

@toiingg: Kebab stall can be arranged,I confirmed just now,albeit at a price.Its like ICE,everything (from Chicken Diablo to Prawn Maranello! ) can be made available,but the price will go up,if thats ok with everybody.

3) Menu :

Getting opinion in the democratic fashion would result in utter mayhem. Its confirmed that there will be veg options as well as non-veg options. It can be assured that the menu would be attractive and sumptuous ! More details later on.

Am missing out again on another TBHP meet. Flying to California next Sunday. But plan to do some serious US style driver-giri and put up an extensive West Coast drive travelogue!!

Hope all you with your "as is/are" "may be"s, "would be"s enjoy the meet. am looking forward to reading a write-up. Do let us know if vr'007'm sleeps in this meet.

If the price per head goes up by 200 - 300 if we get the kebab stall, im sure it won't be much of an issue. How much are they quoting for the kebabs ?

Also, regarding the booze, spirits etc can be BYOB, but beer, soft drinks n fruit juice (and soda) needs to be chilled na, would it be possible to take the money (depending on how many would be having beer) in advance and but the stuff and keep it in a fridge a day before ?
