The Ford Thunderbird is a luxury car sought by the rich

The Thunderbird entered production for the 1955 model year as a sporty two-seat convertible. Ford positioned the Thunderbird as an upscale model and is credited in developing a new market segment, the personal luxury car.

In 1958, the Thunderbird gained a second row of seats. Succeeding generations became larger until the line was downsized in 1977, again in 1980, and once again in 1983. Sales were good until the 1990s, when large 2-door coupes became unpopular; production ceased at the end of 1997. In 2002 production of the Thunderbird started again, a revived 2-seat model was launched, which was available through the end of the 2005 model year.

From its introduction in 1955 to its phaseout in 2005, Ford produced over 4.4 million Thunderbirds.[2]

This car is still owned by the Jaipur royal family and is a regular participant in the rally here, right now it has occupied the porch at the Rajmahal palace, Jaipur , a hotel owned by the royal family.

This Buick Riviera came to Bangalore in 2013. Unfortunately seems that there has been no progress in its restoration.

The dry weather has ensured that the car is in relatively good shape thought it has not been run for around 10 years. Being a 2 door car it is very collectible. The 425 cu in (7.0 L) 425 was the largest-displacement version of the Nailhead. It began as an option in 1963 for the Riviera and was later available on the Wildcat and Electra models. The 1964 and 1966 Riviera used the 425 engine as standard equipment.

Four-barrel carburetion was standard on all 425 Nailheads, called "Wildcat 465" (see note above, on 401). For the 1965 Riviera Gran Sport and the 1966 Wildcat GS, the "Super Wildcat" regular production option ("RPO") Y48 included two four-barrel (4BBL) carburetors and the intake manifold, which were delivered in the car's trunk, to be installed by the dealer. Toward the end of the 1966 model year, in approximately May 1966, Buick offered the Super Wildcat 465 with dual 4BBL Carter AFB carburetors as a factory-installed option. This engine is coded "MZ", while the dealer-installed dual four-barrel setup was coded "MW". Only 179 1966 Riviera GS cars were built with the MZ factory dual 4BBL setup, making it a very rare car.

I think I have seen The LC 80and the Montero in the last frame as being up for sale somewhere.

Looks like a fiberglass "AC Cobra" bodyshell (kit). The fender and rear contour of the door do not look quite right though.
