Quite a good car but for the Carbide/Oil lamps that were never OE of Austin 7 as also the badges on the sides. Tyres look like that of Bullets.

LOL...that poor car looks likeits going for a wedding ! Those guys really love to deck up their cars, this little Austin was silver and black at one time and it even had one of those serpant horns on it as well.

Hi Guys,

Been away from the forum for some time.

On October 30th some of the Vintage and Classic beauties from in and around Delhi area had a DATE with some the "Fastest Men" on this terra firma of the present times. Both I hope and believe had a mutually enjoyable time

The Venue was the "Drivers Parade" before the Final Race at Budh Inrernational - India F1.

Whether the Drivers and the Cars enjoyed the outing or not - the poor Track marshalls may not have liked it much, as they were put to hard work immediately after the parade to check the track and mop up all of the tiny oil spots the beuties left to "mark their territorial claim"

Managed few shots from the Turn 1 Drivers Right.

Wasif the mystery has been solved. Vintagekhan said his picture his car was a 1930 Fiat 514. Whilst Vintagepoint5 picture had 1933 Fiat 508. Glad that both the cars do exist in Hyderabad

Shyn, it's not Mehdipatnam but at Vijay Nagar Colony and that car is a SIMCA, a French car.

Thanks for pointing out Nikhil.This SIMCA has been getting devastated day by day right infront of my eyes and the owner just left it on the road.A Classic case of a Classic getting ruined.
