Mille series are very much high end! The technology gone into them is priceless. I'm dying to hear or atleast see one in real.

OT:
LBM (for sure) has something MEATY for the meet it seems! Shall we join in?
I'll be in Delhi on the 1st & 2nd! But late comers will be entertained too, is'nt it? ~ (my smily has developed a beard like me)

Mugen it costs 1375 Dirhams in Dubai... at yesterday's rates this is about INR 17k ... In India I am told the going rate is around Rs.25-26k ... Cheaper than S'pore as well where it retails for about S$700-750!!

Its rare to find though.. NO Dolphins you see

WOW!!! Atlast KB is actually holding to a P80RS in his hands. (Those hands should be gleaming with pleasure holding something hard for a change)

KB! Get on with your install buddy! And dont wait for LBM to finish his findings on Mille. Go get it!!!

BTW, I picked up a P80RS for 1330Dhs = 15,960 Rs. Well it's a very rare find though. And by the amount of phone calls made by myself and KB, the distributor in Dubai is well confused; Should I get more of these plain looking HUs? Why are these guys from some village in India insisting on this certain HU when DVD playing ones are available for lesser price?
And the latest info my friend told me was he is bringing in more of these to fulfill the demand created by KB and your's truly!!!

KB! now that you have one TRU amp, two IDQ subs, one PA275, one sony 222 etc.. Is'nt it time you get these into your car rather than having it outside?

Those will look nice when fitted in the car. And should I say how it'll sound??

Yeah Man.... Cant wait to get it done!!... just waiting for the clock to tick down!!.. soon!!

I still need some answers on the 6.5" vs the 8" midbass... the latter will involve a lot of butchering to install I'm guessing!... but is the tradeoff worth it?...

I was thinking of going in for the Hertz three ways...

Gurus! This KB is sitting on bags of cash notes that he is way too confused than anybody else. Please explain what are the main benefits of having a 3way components than having 8 inchers in the doors. Now, I dunno whom to blame for this crazy idea our KB fell into! 8inchers!! that too in the doors!!! Please! 6.5" 3way compos are better than 8inchers I think. Especially when you have 2 10inchers doing the job from the back. And that pic we had some posts ago of a Sub sitting in the dash is way too insane I think. Has anybody tried it here?

Does anybody feels a need for 8inchers on the front when you have 2 10inchers doing it from the back??? Ofcourse, unless you want to butcher it and make the hole way too big!!!

Firstly I am not say any thing bad about any product here I am just clearing my doubt so dont fire on me......

the thing about the mille is the freq respone of the 3-way set...it is a little different than what I have seen in a normal 3-way here are the specs..

midbass -> 40 to 7000 hz
ribbon mid-tweeter -> 700-35000 hz
tweeter -> 950 - 25000 hz

1) the mid ribbon tweeter is having a high freq range than the tweeter so why it is used as a mid range.....not a tweeter only.....

2) the midrange freq starts from nearly 150-200 hz and goes up to 10000 hz but the midrage starts for 700 hz ....is the midbass does the job well in the absent section....

these are my geniune questions and doubts only.....
