could it be the Pio 6.5V out vs the Alpine 4V out? I'm told the P1Y is similar to the 7750 right?

Could be, but the sheer dynamism and exaggeration was gut wrenching with the P1Y. Like I said I would prolly NEVER use it in a infinity car.

Exactly. So should we start buying pa275s? And I am thinking of buying an amp anyway. By the way, Rahul, did you manage to get any info?

Guys

The PA275 is nice amp for the price its now going for. Though the mfr designed it for full range use, we suggest you use it as a budget mono (bridged mode) for your subwoofer driving duties.

When driving speakers, it has ample power but we tend to prefer 'warmer' sounding amps. Definitely a better option than a Sony 502 in my opinion.

Reasons for buying this amp

1. Cheap for the power you get
2. Small size makes it easy to tuck away almost anywhere
3. Not going to be available for long

The Alpine amps presently available in Bangalore are all beyond my budget. I am looking within the 10K range for my JBL speakers. How do the PA275s compare to the Alpines? I know Alpine is one of the best but is the sound quality difference between the two large?

Beautifully done indeed. They look like a jail bait to me
But why did they have to yank the instrument console and put that screen in the drivers cockpit? Who will drive a car after that install...rite!?!
