He saw a TATA Ace with the message written in Odiya, took a random pic from internet and typed it in English and posted here. That was clear from his first post itself.

Ok... If I understood correctly what he is saying is that he noted a message in Odia on a similar truck. He has merely tried to resurrect that experience for us by creating a translated message on a similar truck image. The joke is in the message.

And now, the joke is lost with all this dissection and analysis!

By the way, on what DrSingh posted, the joke was in the news report. You missed the piece that was the highlight there. Unlike what the news report says Tesla S is not an electric scooter as far as I know.

The article says, "Tesla Model S 'Scooter' "
Needless to say, the model S is sedan.
