I think these changes are part of Nougat itself, not specific to OnePlus. I also liked the earlier implementation on Marshmallow in this aspect.

Err... The OP3t is still on Android M, well at-least mine is. Same as my OPX, also on M - this works.

Oh, perhaps I misunderstood your comments then. I updated my OP3 to Android N using VPN. Overall, it has been great, but there are some minor aspects where I think Android M was better. But those specific changes are part of Android N itself and not introduced by Oneplus. I though you were referring to those.

Hello All,

I have an issue when using whatsapp calling. I am able to use my car bluetooth to make and receive normal calls. But when i try to use it with whatsapp voice call, it doesnt work.

I am using Samsung S7 and its a Mitsubishi Lancer 2015. I have tried every possible setting there is. Music streaming via phone / spotify etc works just perfect. Even lets me control music via the the steering controls. Its just the whatsapp voice calls that wont work.

Anyone else facing similar issues?

Yes, I face the same issue on my note 5 WhatsApp calling on Bluetooth disconnects after few seconds and I can continue through call on phone only . No solution so far.

Guys, I am having issues with using Uber on my OnePlus 3t. It would not let me login. The same works fine on my other phones. Anyone facing similar issues?

Try uninstalling and re-installing the app! Sometimes that works!

Done that already - raised a query at their CC - even they don't know how to fix it.

Hi Pratyush,
Glad to have caught up with you on T-BHP.
This can be an issue when your phone is rooted. Ideally phones cannot be rooted unless it is an unauthorized dealer or a shady deal. The problem generally arises when there is an issue with the app. Check by downloading root checker apps from google play. If all is fine the you have to notify and wait for the programmer to fix the app.

Have you tired clearing the cache memory of your phone? It might help

I have never faced an app being unusable in years of using rooted phones exclusively.

The phone is not rooted

Yup, done it as well. The only thing remaining is to actually format the phone - it is a brand new phone (got it last friday, 6th Jan) so that does not make much sense.

I think the problem is with the id per se and not the phone - hence I can only wait for Uber to correct it. I mean I can log in with the same account on other phone, different account on this phone. I am at my wits end now.
A bit more info as I had updated my Paytm (merged 2 accounts - and my paytm too is screwed up) But I can use the login on another phone, so that should not be a problem.

This seems to be a problem with a very few O3T phones. There are quite a few threads when you do a quick google search.
