tushky,

Any idea when they will start selling?
I am planning to buy one real soon...don't want to end up being stupid.

BU Bhandari (Tata dealer) is sending one Ex 2WD to me for test drive tomorrow.

He was not inclined to offer anything more than 15K as discount :-(

U are a major asset to our forum!
Anyways, i was wondering how the engine and the intercooler get cooled if these guys have clinical bandages all over the front airdam and grill.

Good one tushky. I expected a few more visual changes in the 2.2 Safari, but anyway...its whats inside that matters...

Tushky, nice pics, once again!

As far as the changes go. hmmm, only the enthusiast might notice!

Hope they dont call it 'all new'.

The minimalist differentiator is an indicator to the fact that an "all new" is very close to reality.

Nice one Tushky. I feel that grill is only a smoke screen on the test vehicle. Obviously they wouldnt need to extensively road test cosmetic fiber parts.

Totally agree with your point of view. The design is very old now and showing its age. Rather than these simple cosmetic changes the Safari needs a major makeover.

Hopefully when the new Tata SUV platform is released they will put an end to the Safari.

ya, I think its high time the safari got more aggressive. Thats one of the reasons why people like the endeavour and scropio more than safari. The grille gives it that butch look and amazing road presence. An SUV should have a commanding grille.
