Looks really nice and if Tata are able to price it between 14-18 lacs ex showroom, they have a winner on their hands. Love the avant garde and edgy looks of the exterior. I wish that the interiors are also as cutting edge as the exterior design and will take some cues from the concept car that they showed in the Auto expo.
Good to see HID lights also in the projectors !
It has been exactly 20 years since I was with Tata motors and they had launched the Indica and Tata cars still haven't lost their smile - It has just become a more stylish smirk now!

Wow!! Even the side profile is clearly visible. Now only the interiors remain to be seen. Surprised Tata disclosed the car this way, I was expecting a much longer build up. But I am happy with the way it looks.

I would say this has to be one of the most beautiful (mass market) cars, even globally. But I can't understand their obsession with the fat/high rear bumpers. This looks almost like what they did with the Nexon. In fact, there is nothing like a bumper. What starts as a bumper blends with the rear panel. Only problem is, in case of rear collision (or a minor hit), entire hatch may get damaged.

Great!!

Smashing front I must say. But not a fan of the rear. Much like the nexon as well where I felt the front was quite good looking and the rear ended up being too busy.

A good attempt anyway.

WOWW!! But how come now!?

Anyway, looks really masculine and proportionate! IMO, the front now seems bit busy, specially around the headlight/fog console. Maybe, the two should've been separate, with a body color panel in between. Like the rear, some nice sharp creases and thankfully none of the multiple layers/colors mixing like in the Nexon. The number plate area is also seamless (unlike depressed etc.) with the rest of the door panel. But there's barely enough rear 'bump'er, tailgate could be a casualty in even minor bumps. Wonder, if they'd stick to the large 'HARRIER' lettering like in the snaps; somehow feel that may look overdone again.

All in all, again a handsome car from Tata stable. Just hope and wish they do justice to it. All the Best Tata!!

Why there is not roof tail (even a blended type). That will greatly enhance the visual appeal as well as useful. But hopefully, production version will have it.

Wow - I’m just amazed as to how the car and Tata have come so far! Harrier will break the barriers of Tata’s Way into success! Way to go Tata. But, an eyesore are those chunky 5 spoke alloys with lame silver paint! They should’ve used something like the diamond cut design used on the smaller JTP cars from Tata revealed recently. But way to go Tata - I’ve always been your fan and will continue to do so! God forbid, my next fully grown SUV is what I’m looking at in the coming years!

I thought I was the only one who wasn't too gung ho about the front. Too complicated more like a Chinese SUV than one with British pedigree. I agree with the lettering too. But that can be removed after market. Doesn't quite cut it for me... I am for classic shapes _ definitely Jeep

Hows this for a comparo : Concept v/s Production Version with the same background.

My guess for the early reveal of the exterior is to ensure the early bookings get converted to confirmed sales as the festive season may be throwing up huge discounts on current cars to lure away those on the fence.
