Car: Ford Figo
Engine: TDCi
ODO: 5000km
Diet: Normal Diesel from BP COCO pump mostly.
City F.E: Around 13km/l with a/c
Highway F.E: Around 19km/l with a/c if i drive for F.E. Around 16km/l if i drive to reach my destination as soon as possible.

FE calculated on tank to tank method. City driving includes quite a lot of signals and little bumper to bumper traffic. About 75% time should be slow moving traffic. And the Highways in Kerala are not really highways

I get the following figures-

Indica Xeta (1.2L)
City driving
12.5 Kmpl (100% AC)
16.5 Kmpl (No AC / During winters)

Highway
16 Kmpl (100% AC @ 80-90Km/Hr)
>20 Kmpl (Without AC @ 80-90Km/Hr)

ANHC (1.5L)
City driving
16.5 Kmpl (100% AC)
18.5 Kmpl (No AC / Winters)

Highway
18 Kmpl (100% AC)
>21 Kmpl (Without AC)

This reminds me, all ANHC owners, do you think the fuel consumption shown by the car is accurate?

Alto LXi, 1 year old, odo 6050 KM. As the car had to go for third service, did two back to back FE checks before/after service.

Before service:

City mileage : 17.98 KMPL/ 2 pax / 50% AC.

Highway : 24.70 KMPL / 2 pax / 1/3rd AC

After service :

City mileage : yet to check

Highway : 26.17 KMPL/ 2 pax / 1/3rd AC

Tyre pressure always at 32 PSI, engine oil always Shell Helix HX 5 and petrol always Shell super unleaded.

I have an SX4 VXi, 2009 Model with 14000 kms on the odometer. My FE is about 12kmpl with 60-70% AC. (I have the NON VVT engine)

I had maintained an excel with the FE details from day 1. Unfortunately, I lost the latest version in a hard disk crash. Luckily, I was able to recover an older version from my mails.

Here you go...

Scorpio AT 4*4 ( driven in 2wd mode), full time ac, loaded 4 passengers- full throttle mostly, 10.3 KMPL on highways. Pretty impressive.

Local travel- within the locality - house to local market , local school, hospital etc. too poor- seems to be around 8.25 kmpl . (330 kmpl trip reading , 40 litre fuel to auto cutoff).

Best FE so far -12.43kmpl (sedated driving on highway- well around 100kmph- 2k rpm as far as possible- ac on)

Went on a trip from BLR-CBE and back.
FE recorded when going- about 15 for 360kms of highways with Full AC and 70kms of city. City drive with FULL AC and 5 people seated
Return:
Complete highway, done tank full-tank full , 20liters and 330kms which makes it 16.5. My 3rd service is still not done and this was with AC 100%
Average speed 100 for most of the journey but about 120 for almost 2 hours
If i optimized and kept 80-100, surely will get 17-18.
NOTE: The engine is a winner, went upto 120 easily, runs out of breath at 140 and above that struggles. Maybe but just a note
