Absolutely superb drive by Hamilton. He is a good driver with some aggression and puts on a great show...
Congrats McLaren.... thoroughly enjoyed the race.

Lewis did come back strongly after the penalty and damn what a race by him in the dying laps taking Massa wheel to Wheel and the Brazilian eventually giving away. Great drive but was rather puzzled that Piquet did not give that much of a fight to Lewis. Maybe he did not want to lose his place in the battle.

Shades of Schumy emerging in Hamilton. Ruthless, counter-attacking style of driving. Congrats Lewis!

Wow...No one talked about qualifying etc.?

Let me remember...When was the last time a McLaren absolutely dominated and ruthlessly beat Felipe Massa to the chequered flag? Oh yes, it was Alonso at Germany last year....

Hamma does screw up, but when he kicks b**tttttt, he really does...

Great drive by Hamilton. Truly deserved it. He is now 4 points clear of Massa at number 2.

It was good to see a new face in the podium, Piquet Jr., too bad he couldn't stop Hamilton from passing him.

In the end, a good race for Hamilton and McLaren.

Crazy driving by Lewis today. There was no stopping him at all. Ferrari's couldnt do a dam today. Poor show by raikko also today.
Amazing decision to keep lewis out and then pit him later. Amazed to see Nelson on the podium too.
Silverstone and now germany. Lewis is on a roll.

amazing stuff on the tracks today! Vettel's overtaking move and the defence thereafter was very entertaining.

Superb race and after a long time two Brazilians stand together on the podium. The last one I believe was in '91 during the Belgian GP where Piquet Sr. shared it with Ayrton Senna .

I heard this was one of the best races of the season.

I could not watch it yesterday live, neither could I watch this mornings replay. It should replay tonight again.

My bet is on Hamilton for this season as was after the first 3 races of last season.

A race to forget for Ferrari and Ferrari Fans.
I dont understand why was Kimi pitted during SC period, he was in the pits 3-4 laps ago(?). They didnt change the tires, just refueled him(right?) instead he should have been out on Hamilton's tail and chased him. A race win was never in contention looking at Ham-Burger's pace but atleast a podium would have been possible.
And I think Ferrari goofed up badly with Piquet. Massa says "had brake problems".

Next is Hungaroring, I dont expect Ferrari to show strong pace here although Kimi has done somewhat OK at this track. Hope for the best.

mclaren made a mistake not bringing in lewis when the safety car came out. But hats off to lewis. He was ruthless and to me his driving is similiar to Senna

Looks like it's time for Ferrari to bring Jean Todt back. If Domenicalli keeps screwing things up like this, Kimi's chances are over.

Or they can always bring Ross Brawn back from Honda.

"Lewis Hamilton has congratulated himself on his "fantastic job" to win the German GP and admitted that he was surprised that Felipe Massa allowed him such a straightforward route through to second place"

"All I know is that if it was the other way around then he wouldn't have got past," the 23-year-old commented when invited to study a replay of his move. "He didn't defend very well."

Hamilton on pole yet again. Ferrari have clearly lost ground to Mclaren in the last few races. Will be interesting to see how they respond.
