any update on the Peddars from Chennai? did you call Sunny? waiting to see and hear the car in person. till then BOOM!

Some of the accessories and interior parts were being painted and will be done today. Electricals, ICE and seats will be fitted by tomorrow.
I have taken pics, but I'm gonna hold off for a couple of days... it's looking kinda incomplete without the new alloys and tyres. So, watch this space

@planet: the pedders are expected early next week. sunny had told me they would be here yesterday... have not spoken to him very recently.

@wim: great, will cya there then. and i won't let that guy do the tuning, don't worry.
i still haven't got the spare from minku... need to give him a piece of my mind. give me a call when you're headed to the workshop or indo radial tomorrow.

He he he, I'm no expert. But thanks to Navin and Sam I have learnt a couple of things and managed to tune my amp to my taste. Looking to expand my knowledge base by practising on razor's amp now

Update on the shocks:
The Pedders front shocks have been delayed by another three weeks, stuck in customs. I have decided to run the car on the stock suspension till they arrive, and then upgrade the whole suspension - front and rear.

Bought new front discs today, since the old ones are kinda worn out, and polishing them would lead to some vibration during high speed braking according to my mechanic. So, new discs it is.
Also decided to fit the OE filter box with a new air filter until I get my CAI in place. Trying to fabricate a heat shield of sorts... updates on that later.

Now for the visual update...
All right folks. I'll let the pics do the talking. Keep in mind that there's a lot of work still left, including a final polishing.

Sidelights will be blackened, and headlights will be smoked slightly amongst other things.

Dude the paintjob looks awesome. Is it the same finish in which it looks dark green when the sun shines on it and black otherwise. black with a tinge of green sparkles. Looks like black magic.
