Thats very bad to hear. 2 out 2 purchases from ebay heading the wrong way. I sincerely hope that you get the Refund as early as possible for the duster!

After my last reply on this thread I have ordered another set for a relative of mine. Now going through the recent transactions of the seller in ebay and here, I am not sure whetehr I would get the product. Most prbably I will be on your team Nairrk - to request for refund. (I am hoping it doesn't turn out badly)

Yay. Got it finally, 2 days after I requested a refund. Got it in good shape too with nothing broken or leaking, in spite of bad packing. Against expectations, the wash and wax also seems to work well. The product IS good, so will not leave a -ve feedback.

H3LIOS, there was mention on this thread that seller was banned earlier.

Gears,

Well congrats. So it does seem that the mess-up is with On Dot Courier and the extended holidays due to Sankranti/Pongal here in the South. The seller seems genuine enough - but he should really reconsider his courier choice. Their tracking page still does not have any info of my package having been delivered.

The items are of very nice quality aren't they? My dad wants the duster and a cousin wants the whole pack. Thats two more customers for Jopasu right there

nairrk, I am sure you will get yours today/tomorrow as the courier service gets off its lazy behind and starts moving & delivering the goods.

Cheers.

As of now no information, whether it is going to be delivered or not or the refund will be effected.?

about 3 months back, some one has given negative feedback about jopassu to ebay
(I think, because he recieved the duster with broken handle and the guy asked for a
replace which jopasu rejected), who then blacklisted them. Now after a gap of more than 2 months, they came back into the listing but it looks like they may land in trouble again due to present late delivery /no delivery of material to many buyers.

Two days back I washed my Jopasu duster taht has been in use for the past eight months without any wash. To wash it as per the manufacturer's instructions I moistened it, applied Rin soap completely over the threads. Lots of dirt had accumulated and it was soothing to see black water with all the dirt and grime flowing off into the drain.
Drying the duster takes nearly a day in the central India weather.
Today the dried duster was put back into use. Its like new.Great job done!!!

The present price is for a combination pack of 5 items and more.
They are not selling the duster alone presently.

Thats marketing and maybe they have seen this thread! All kudos posted here. Remember when vinyl records were sold they used to club dud songs on the flip side with mega hit numbers on the Side 1 on 45 RPM records. The buyer had to take the dud with the hit.The gramophone companies thus sold more records as when three songs were hits in a film (or a pop music album in the west) the buyer would buy three 45 RPM records-3 hits plus three duds! Jopasu uses this historic and tested technique!

I am using the duster (big for exterior and small for interior) and extremely happy with it. Did not face any handle quality problem. Combo price was around 700 (2 dusters+ shampoo)

A friend based in Pune spoke to Jopasu folks there. As per Jopasu, if one finds the courier to be damaged, don't accept the courier and return it back to the courier guy. Jopasu will send a replacement.

Wish they should have changed the courier long back.
I have asked for refund and today is the fifth day. No trace of the parcel
so far. so I think the refund will be effected on monday?

Only this thing is that, inspite of all these delayed delivery problems, the products are still listed in ebay, so looks like I may have to repeat the process again
