His workshop is in a narrow gully right of the traffic signal when you're going from Santacruz police station (aeroplane garden) towards Juhu Koliwada.

If you go further north on SV Road (about 200 metres after the Mithibai College junction), there's a workshop run by a chap called Sunil. He is not purely a Bullet specialist, but he does a decent job. Then there's Prem, who has a specialised Bullet workshop on Juhu-Versova link road. You can take your pick depending on your location — let me know if you need any help with any of these guys.
Hi Edsel,

I stay in the close vicinity of Juhu Versova Link Road can you give me contact no of Prem. Also how well does he do the job on standard bullets and is how are his charges, is he reliable?

plz share the information

Regards,
Navin.

I had a short stint in Gurgaon and I had bought a Bullet there then.
John's garage is the one which is very popular among the Bullet fraternity in Delhi. He is a very honest and a reasonable guy. I can vouch for this, inspite of my bad hindi and the new place as it was then.
John's garage is at Mahipalpur. When you are going to Delhi from Gurgoan, once you reach the Mahipalpur fly over, take the left service road. Go under the flyover and take a U turn. On the left side you will pass Radissons hotel. Keep a good watch to your left. The garage is behind a small compound wall and can be easily missed. Pappu's number was 9811375839, not sure if it has changed now.

I recommend Mr. Jaffer - proprietor of JAF Auto Garage on the Harris Road, Pudupet Chennai close to the Egmore Magistrates Court. He takes care of 1976 model standard bullet and am a pretty satisfied customer.

so guys , while i was thinking to ponder and get some details out for mech's in Central suburb mumbai ... I came across this guy whom i met named Shakeel. His works is almost good if not any better .I have a RE '97 and boy it had loads of rattling noise pushrod -- cam - timing wheel ,etc etc ... also my bike had no current so it waspretty much DEAD !
It toook him 12 mins to FIRE it and after a good 30 mins he made my old CI 350 absolutely Quite and Calm ...Half a kick and all you hear is the Shortbottle bursting out the merriful thump...Splendid ...I paid him 100/- for his labour

He is recommended for all Jugaad's and service schemes

Negatives: He is not Dependable ( but that was 3 yrs ago as told )

Address : Eastern Express Highway , Kamraj nagar , GHatkopar (East)
Ask him for VIcky or tell him Bike4095 he should relate the obvious

Bullet mechanics in Bangalore with expertise in electrical

Hello Team,
I have an Electra 5s and I am trying to replace the existing indicators with LED stuff. The new indicators were designed and constructed by my friend. I need a bullet mechanic with expertise in electrical work to help me fix the indicators. Its more than just removing the indicator casing and fixing the LED assembly. My new set comes with its specific circuit.

Please let me know about a mechanic who can help me with this. I will post the pictures of the complete set after I am done setting up the indicators.

Thanks and this happens to be my first post.

Have a great day,
./C

NOTE: I have searched the forums for this information and finally arrived at the Royal Enfield Mechanics thread. I hope this should be okay.
