Thanks, Ajay. When I got the delivery of XUV, I had to remove all the stickers of Anant motors on the number plates and rear windshield along with a couple of stickers like PDI and Toll-free numbers to keep it tidy.

Wish you many munching miles.
Vinitbhavi Thanks! And congratulations to you too!! I understand, kids take a lot of time. It took almost a month for me to complete my first post and my five year old son is glued to the infotainment system exploring all the features and somehow he likes the eManual a lot, though most of it is not applicable to W6.
Will wait for the pictures from you soon

Cheers!
I have noticed it in my refresh version as well. Doesn't trouble me while driving but still shouldn't have been there.

It may be mahindra's way of compensation for the increased post budget prices. Do share some pics of your cheetah and I'll be doing the same as well. What color is your cheetah.
Wish you many munching miles.
Mine is white. Still have to transfer pictures from my mobile. Will definitely be sharing it here.

This wiper blade issue is with my Car as well & I have not even completed the 1K mark. This is such an irritant.

Matter of fact, I saw a red XUV couple of days back which was the new age one, Was looking pretty good, Have they changed the colour red a bit ? Or it might just be the New age affect maybe.

Hey bro yeah we must meet soon. Waiting to check out the AWD and take some good pictures with both the cheetah's. Silver does really look good but your sunset orange definitely makes her Stand out from the crowd.
I know the red you're talking about Here's a picture of the cheetah in that color found on mahindra adventure website.

OK the image is just not getting attached from any of the devices so sending you on whataspp.

vinitbhavi - Cheetah looks elegant in Silver! More pics together with sunset orange (from tanvir) should be a treat to watch.

By the way, are the price mentioned for accessories exclude discount?

I didn't see this Side curtain in Mahindra accessory brochure, please post the pics once you have it fit. I was considering to get Sun shades for the car during the first service. Now I'll hold my decision for a while.

Congratulations Vinit!
Trust me its going to be one of the wisest decisions of your life. Its a brilliant VFM package. I have completed 27500 Kms in my New age XUV and am really happy with it. Completed a trip to Ladakh without any hassles at all and the travelogue is coming-up very soon. Added to it, Yours is an AWD which can take you to places you can only imagine!
Happy Mile Munching

Been planing to remove these stickers as well. Are they easy to remove? any tips or tricks?

Yes, it is not too hard.
Soak a piece of paper in water and the let excess water drips off.
Now place the wet paper on the sticker for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes take out the wet paper and try to remove the stickers slowly with your nails (to avoid scratches), that should do the trick.

I tried this technique to remove the sun films from my previous car and now to remove stickers on XUV, both the times I was lucky!

Good luck!

Re: 2015 Mahindra XUV500 Facelift : Official Review

Recently got my XUV 2nd service done (10K)!!
Got it done at GSP motors Gurgaon.
Though they have the service center in middle of nowhere but the service delivery experience was pretty good!!
I got the internal dry-cleaning done so the total bill was INR 5548. (the light colored seats maintenance)
They did wheel alignment and balancing and in the process disturbed the steering setting so that it was a little tilted to right. So had to personally go again the next day to get that fixed and hence in the process got to see the service center. I was surprised to see that the service center was quite well organised and clean.
This was as opposed to other brand service stations I have experience where there is fairly high degree to caos here in Gurgaon.
Looks like Mahindra is doing some real work in the after sales customer experience area.

Thanks for the wishes sunil . I really am liking the Silver color on the cheetah. Waiting for the meeting / photoshoot with tanveer and we will surely put up pics of the two cheetahs.
The prices I have quoted are exactly what I paid and as part of discount he did a free carpet lamination.
The side curtains are quite cool and I saw it on another cheetah when I had gone for the test drive initially. It leaves the rear view mirror areas open on both sides at the front glass for better visibility. I don't have pictures of the same however. Ya I suggest you wait and go in for these.

Thanks so much zahoor for your wishes. Eagerly awaiting your ladakh travelogue. I must say the cheetah looks at its grandest in the beautiful white color and it's a good choice you made.
I really wanted an AWD and hopefully will get to see what she can do soon.
Wishing you many munching miles as well.

Saw a Left Hand Drive XUV 5OO near Johnson Market today morning around 10:30 AM. It had a sticker with "Testing Vehicle" pasted on rear and front windshield. There was a person sitting with laptop plugged in the passenger seat. I guess its for export market. Isnt the XUV being exported currently?
