Definitely, nothing to worry, double check if this is from August or previous months like April / May- not that it matters but many guys have backed out at last moment. Take the best advantage of this offer.
Thanks. The sales person already shared VIN number which I could decode with the help of team-bhp page support , translated to Aug-2016.

Re: Ford Endeavour : Official Review

After much deliberation I decided to book a 2.2 Titanium. Didn't have too much of a reference in terms of what the discounts for this variants would be, since mostly Trend versions are getting picked up.
I got around 2.5 L off on the OTR, wanted to check if this is good enough or not.

Ford Endeavour : Official Review

Has anyone tried kits that bump up power on the 2.2 variant - petes types or similar. Just to try and bridge the power gap between the 2.2 and 3.2 variant? Any experience or options to share on this front? (Of course the real other big advantage of 3.2 is its 4x4 abilities but still asking).

I've already seen at least 3 Endys come up on CarWale in Mumbai and surrounding areas but they've all been 2.2s. I wouldn't mind considering shopping around 18 months down the line for a good used buy. Don't have the heart to pay 30+ for any wheels at this point.

Has anyone installed a GPS tracking Device in their Endy, if so what did you consider and what was the experience?

Re: Ford Endeavour : Official Review

Hi friends,

Need some help with one of the facts regarding the endeavour titanium version which I have booked.

Based on the VIN shared with me by the dealer, on checking the etis.ford.com utility, it is showing that the car is July manufactured and has Sync II.

The dealer is claiming that it would be Sync III and I should go ahead and deposit the full amount, further saying that no cars have been manufactured in October, since the time Ford started offering this in the market.

I wanted help from anyone who has got Sync III in their Titanium version. Does the utility show Sync III for your VIN?

Help would be much appreciated!!

Have you booked 2,2 or 3,2 ? In case it's 2,2 and its July manufactured car, you will get Sync 2. FORD has introduced Sync 3 from November onward dispatches.

Re: Ford Endeavour : Official Review

Thanks to anshuman77 and Turbanator for quick confirmation.

As I suspected the dealer is trying to push an older piece to me.
His not being transparent in a 30 L rupees transaction is unsettling and I'm having second thoughts on whether to go ahead.

Re: Ford Endeavour : Official Review

Came across this video and thought of sharing with you all:

Never knew a vehicle goes through such torture tests. Ford Ranger pick up testing, since the platform is same i am guessing the Endeavour/Everest shares the same toughness/underpinnings:

And some ads from Philippines for viewing pleasure

Re: Ford Endeavour : Official Review

Latest issue of Autocar has rated Endeavour ahead of Fortuner as "Their Choice". FYI.

No link yet on e-edition. So you need to buy the issue to read.

Trust me- atleast two Indian manufacturers also torture their vehicles to hell. They just put up a video for the public to view and enjoy.

Been there, done that!
