Superior White = Taxi White/Govt White
Pearl White = Sethji White

Both should last well if cared for. Pearl white has a pearlescent finish to it, like the old 2.2 Dicor Tata Safari Pearl White but with a slightly more creamy tinge. Since Superior white is kind of an one dimensional finish which stays the same from whatever angle one looks at it I guess it would be easier to paint match in case of repairs.

Below are the links to two posts which has both side by side:

Does a BS4 2.8L crysta require ad-blue? If yes, where do you pour it, haven't seen any ad-blue tank in my car.Asking this as I noticed this ad-blue in the bill after I got the car back home yesterday after service. Pretty sure, I got scammed.

No ad-blu in BS 4 cars. You've been scammed sir!

Now thats some evidence to set things at the dealership on fire. No the BS4 crysta does not need Adblue and the full tank takes 12L. The 5L thing is one can of Adblue and maybe they have used it on another vehicle and billed it to your car due to the job cards being swapped. I have 50:50 doubts on someone doing this intentionally since its easy to catch this. Either way, you deserve a refund and a profuse apology if not more.

Flat white like on a ambassador or a desire cab is superior white. Pearl white is got a pearly finish and looks silverish white under certain light and angles.
Flat white will get yellow soon and dirt/slight scuff marks are highly visible on it. Pearl white looks good even when dusty however the cost of touchup or repaint is higher due more mixing and matching.

I had a bad experience with Ravindu Toyota as well in my very first try with them. So, even though I bought my car from Ravindu ( the sales experience was very good ), I have always given my car for servicing at Nandi Toyota, Kudlu gate based on reviews on this forum. They seem to be much more professional with their work quality as well. But, even with them lookout for scams like "Greasing, AC cleaning etc". Don't accept to do anything that's not recommended by Toyota on the service manual.

Also, did you raise the concern with the dealership ? And what's their response ?

Re: Toyota Innova Crysta : Official Review

Does anyone know if the 16 inch tyres are covered under warranty against side wall cuts? Mine is 2.8 GX 2019 June model.

I got my front passenger side tyre side wall cut in an irreparable manner on a city drive yesterday during parking at a roadside where there was a protruding nasty sharp edge from a sewerage cover. My insurance does not cover it, checked the dealer sold me Toyota Protect Insurance for 2nd year with all bells and whistles under Luxury Plan (Chola) but somehow only excluded the Tyre and Alloy cover strangely, will need to get that included next time.

Toyota insurance by default doesn't cover tyres. Possibly has to do with the tyre cutting issue on the Crysta. I explicitly ask for it every time and they add a tyre and alloy addon on request. And I don't think it's covered under warranty as well.

Thanks everyone
I've been using 225/55R17 Michelin P3STs first and P4 now. This is being sold as the 'new standard' fitment at most aftermarket tyre shops in Chennai as it offers good ride quality on the 17". I can confirm that the ride is better than OE size and the FE drop is negligible.

Question:

My Crysta is now due for 1.8L Kms service. I was hoping to get some advice on whether the flywheel can be skimmed for the 2nd time with a new clutch? The last clutch replacement at 90k involved the flywheel being skimmed.
OT Rant#1: I absolutely detest Toyota for being stingy on flywheel replacements. Our previous Innova hit the 2L mark with no flywheel replacements but went through three clutch kits.

Many congratulations! The Crysta looks smashing in black color. Did you get any discounts (cash or accessories)?
