Android Auto, Bluetooth, Drive modes and other functions would work as normal even without the subscription.
Maps, Connected Car features and alexa would not work.

Mine was a first batch 7oo Ax7 AT, bought in Dec 2021. Do they have added any new feature/fix/addons since then into new 7oo s. I understand they have removed seq turn indicators fro Ax7 trim.

Mine is about to expire too, any idea how much they would charge for renewal.

It would cost ₹4999 per year, including tax. You can see it in your Adrenox application. Click on the menu, and you will have the option of a subscription manager where you will be able to see the validity and cost of the same.

Yes, my subscription expired this month and considering the VI network (un)availability in most of the highways, i chose not to renew. If you are using Android Auto / Car Play, there is no impact on them as they will work without the subscription. However, you will not be able to login to Adrenox App as the login screen itself shows that you need to renew subscription to continue.

Also, I have started receiving the vehicle stop notification more regularly whenever my car is parked in the basement parking. As far as I know, no new mobile signal booster has been installed in our basement parking recently.

Anybody else notice this change in performance of the e-sim in their vehicle? Any insights on how this improved performance might have come through? Is there any way to check if the e-sim is now migrated out of Vodafone Idea to some other (better) service provider?
I was going to post my updated experience about the same but due to time constraints I couldn’t. Yes, from the last 2-3 weeks the adrenox connectivity and Alexa software experience has been astonishingly great, 8/10 commands are successfully executed by Alexa even in areas which were poor in terms of network connectivity. Difficult to tell whether they have actually bridged from VI to any other provider but it is also not possible that network towers of VI suddenly increased across India🤷🏽. Whatever the case may be, happy to see it is finally going our way! Would like other users to share their views about the same and whether they have experienced any changes.

P.S - Adrenox app on IOS got updated recently and with updated animations and a few tweaks here and there. Lets see if it enhances the remote connectivity with the vehicle.

Re: Mahindra XUV700 Review

Off late I am noticing that in most XUV7OOs the rear tyres are losing buttons on the inner side sooner than the outer. Some sort of suspension issue I guess, most probably the bush inside the swing arm may be of inferior quality or is unable to take the load of the giant. Somehow, this issue is more rampant on all similar suspension cars like Nano, xuv5oo, Grand Vitara etc.
Posting a picture from the Teambhp review for reference.

I am thinking of placing an under-seat active subwoofer from like of Sony to have that bite of thump. Curious to know whether this shall require DSP too?

Request to advise on this budget friendly (~25-30k) upgrade.
I have installed an under seat subwoofer from Infinity in my AX5. I have connected it directly to the head unit as the subwoofer comes with an inbuilt amp and you don't require a separate amp to boost the signals up. The head unit is good enough and you don't require a DSP to process the signals.

My subscription ended 3 days back….while I’m yet to check full list of what’s not working, Adrenox app is simply blocked for me. So unable to use any feature from app.
Regarding trip summary, some 10-15 days of all the trip data including all info ecosense etc are available within the car(fun in xuv700) instead of app…but rest if car controls, fuel data etc are all lost

Re: Mahindra XUV700 Review

Hello Folks

Yesterday I noticed another XUV700 ‘Feature’, with power windows locked button in depressed state ,the co driver window could still be operated.

Is it the same for all the fellow owners or shall I get it rectified ?

Driver window is always operatable, irrespective of window lock. This is a safety feature. It is in all cars.

The Lock button is supposed to disable/enable only the rear windows.

Driver and Co-driver windows are always funtional.

Hi, my XUV700 AXL AT Diesel is just 3 months old & covered only 3000 km and I am facing the same issue of hissing/whistling sound while halting the vehicle or in bumper to bumper traffic. I had given the vehicle to SC for checking they said it might be because of some dust or moisture... They cleaned the brakes and gave the vehicle back but still the sound is coming... Please let me know if you have found any solution to this. Thanks in advance
