Even FWD he offered readily but said that AWD is taking bit longer.
Similar situation. I have booked the same variant on 4th Sep and have not received any update yet. SA asked me to check next week.

Re: Mahindra XUV700 Review

I had a peculiar situation today while driving to Murdeshwar. Mine is manual AX5 Diesel. The gear lever refused to shift to 1,3 & 5. I was getting the krrr sound trying to shift up, so didn't force it. There was no issue with 2,4,6&R. I was able to drive and park. The issue disappeared after turning off and On the engine.

Anyone faced a similar issue?

Re: Mahindra XUV700 Review

Today I called up few Mahindra showrooms in the Whitefield area, Bangalore and all of them said a waiting time of 6-8 weeks and they also informed they cannot guarantee the discounted prices during invoicing as the offers are valid only upto 31st of October. Anybody knows any dealers in Bangalore who has got ready stock? Thanks!!

Is this for all variants or specifically AWD, which always seems to have a longer wait? Not committing on the discount offer seems ridiculous. the manufacturer can advertise any offer for getting footfalls and then simply throttle delivery. I hope Mahindra is not trying this trick.

This is for all AX7 variants which have got those big price cuts. The SA told me lower variants have better availability and can be arranged in less then 4 weeks.

I would suggest that if you are serious then go ahead and book and try your luck. I booked AWD on 4th Sept and was offered a FWD within few days but I chose to wait. You can always cancel if discount period goes away. I am sure some other offer will come up.

I have booked at PPS HRBR layout. Do let me know if you get any update. I will do the same. How's your SA and showroom experience there. Mine is OK, nothing much to write about. Everyone is focussed on Thar Roxx nowadays.

My experience has been good with SA. He is constantly in touch and keeps giving me alternate options than the one that i booked for . Havnt been to showroom after i booked about a month back. Should drop by to see Roxx maybe.

SA also told me that he will swap stock with other dealers if possible and is checking with all of them.

Saw the XUV 7OO Blaze Edition a while back. Different from the THAR look, the XUV I saw was in Matte finish. I actually liked it.

Blaze edition comes with matte exterior paint, black seats with wine color insert and red accents on AC vents. The interior of Blaze looked great in videos to me and suits my preference of black seat and white roof liner. The matte paint is not red and more towards orange color shade when I saw one on road last week.

I have asked my salesperson to let me know if Blaze edition is available to view in person as I want to see how wine inserts on the seats look in real life. Blaze edition was a limited edition and only 2500 units would be manufactured.
When I looked at Telangana state registration data for July-2024 and August-2024, I found that all Blaze editions had manufacturing date of May 2024. I wanted more recent manufactured car, so I went for Napoli Black AX7L D MT.

Mahindra or dealers were giving ₹40k additional discount on Blaze edition, AX7/AX7L dual tone color options and AX7/AX7L 6 seaters in September.

A friend of mine desperately wanted a Blaze edition. It was despatched from factory and the VIN was shared. It was a May 24 manufactured car. This is in NCR. Is it that the XUV7OO Blaze edition did not get enough buyers or did Mahindra manufacture all the 2500 units in May itself? My friend rejected the car and now is still in search.

Yea, going to try my luck, I booked AX7 PT AT in white shade today. SA has promised delivery in 30 days, which I highly doubt. Anyway, fingers crossed

Re: Mahindra XUV700 Review

Hi! I have an MX P 7 SEATER E. It's a new car, just got done with the first 1000 km service. I have a strange issue. I feel a jolt coupled with a mild thud sound while driving. It's not during shifts, just a random occurrence. I have a guess, it could be from the spare wheel hanging loose and banging on its sides. Did anyone else face this issue?

  • Took 25 minutes to complete
  • Seems like all 3 MID, ECU and INFOTAINMENT are updated, more in pics.
  • The maps still don’t show navigation blue line directions on MID.
  • The reverse sensor graphics has been moved from centre to right on MID.

Note: It needs engine to be on and vehicle stationary to start the update, I tried several combinations where engine was off it didn’t work. Not sure why!

Any experts from Mahindra can comment what exactly SOC, VIP, TCU modules are.
Hi,
My car is a AX7L AWD and I got this update via OTA couple of days back and after completing the update I am still unable to get the aircon temp display in apple car play when u change temp. I still switch off the AC for the temp to come up in CarPlay screen during temp adjustments.

Also, are u able to get google maps or Apple Maps on the MID? I tried and I am not able to get it on MID after this update.
