Any idea if these VAG-COM tweaks work on the Fabia?! Especially the auto-left-mirror-down on reverse. I did get the auto-lock feature set ON, at the dealer, but didn't know what all can be done. Any help would help.

This feature is not present on the fabia including the elegance model.

You cannot do auto tilt mirror on reverse but you can do auto lock and auto unlock. With the newer Fabias, you can activate cornering fogs and Daytime Running Lights (DRLs).

Mirror lowering can be activated only with electric & memory seats. But there are tons of other features that can be activated.

OT: Apologies for the double post.

That's really surprising. Skoda dealers in Bombay are refusing the possibility of delivering a car anytime before the end of January!!

We also found the Yeti more spacious than the Laura, especially the headroom. It also has a higher driving/ seating position which makes it feel roomier

Re: Skoda Yeti : Review, Price & Pictures

I received mine yesterday! Matto Brown and yes it does not have the Bluetooth connectivity, no mud flap not even available as accessory as of now, the initially delivery where expected by Jan or Feb end, but Skoda alloted 6 car per dealer and the lucky 6 will get this month[ This is as per the dealer, and I have reason to believe them as they gave the date of first week of March while booking].

You sold your Scorpio automatic 4x4 with Low range and got a Yeti???
WHY????

Sad to see a guy who was doing hardcore 4x4 stuff up in Leh now discussing about bluetooth...

Just pulling your leg (absolutely in lighter vein).

Enjoy the Yeti.
Cheers!

Congratulations!
Looks like Brown is the colour of this season. And personally I think Yeti looks best in the Brown, followed by White.
Looking forward for the detailed Ownership experience, and some cool photos

Re: Skoda Yeti : Review, Price & Pictures

Thanks for the link. However the Yeti MFD does not have option for the bluetooth pairing as shown in the pdf file that you refer to. Therefore the Phone button acts as a mute switch.

PS : Please refer to this PDF that is for superb but should work for yeti

Re: Skoda Yeti : Review, Price & Pictures

The Yeti Elegance has "MaxiDOT large pixel display of multi function data and warning messages" over the Ambiente. Can some one post picks on this for others to understand the functions of it.

Re: Skoda Yeti : Review, Price & Pictures

Saw one in flesh last Sunday. And have to say. Was disappointed by the size of it. It does look rather small.
