Thanks for the news Manish.

Ghee basha has got those Delight stuff since two months! Asking price for Delight grill is 1500rs!

I will try for the wheel caps on Monday.

P.S: We(Karthik and me) go to gujiri only once a week these days. So we may be missing quite a lot of parts. :-(

Ok, then I will entrust saleem as he is on look out of many parts.

@ Ravi bhai: yes we have your car in mind. In past, I did told you of many parts and when I get back after 1 or 2 weeks (blame it on my Job for the delay) to take them, the parts are not there.

P.S.: I had one small request, any further progress on that.

@ Karl and others: I saw a parked Delight looking exactly like what you posted yesterday morning near Golf Course Bangalore. It had a sunshade too. It was re-registered. Was in a hurry to reach office and couldnt click any pics or stop by.

@ Arun: There is delight lurking around somewhere in close proximity to our house. Keep eyes wide open

I was frequent visitor of Township at CV Ramannagar. We used to see many FIATS parked there ( Including Indiranagr, HAL township and Jeevan Beema nagar). But nowadays hardly we could see Padminis. But population of Palio/Uno is still good there. I think if we count No. of FIATs/Padminis in cities by 1998 or so It will be, 1st-Mumbai, 2nd-Pune, 3rd-Banglore.
The Golden era of FIAT has gone. (Because of their own fault, casual approach –“ Chalta hai, Indian customer mere siva aur jayega kaha” ). Now the ball is again their court. If they seriously take care of existing palio, Punto and Linea customers I hope they will come out very positively and Indian customers are also very loyal to this old brand.

Preparations are at full swing for the upcoming meet. Sujith has already chalked out a Rally route and has a proposal to have a nice drive and have team FCB lunch. More details will be posted by Sujith shortly.

By the way, even NECB would be part of this rally. I hope to see atleast a handful of NE's during this meet.
