In oshiwara there is this shop called Pro active. It is on the left side of the road before you take the turn to go towards mega mall. Got the myofusion from there. They seem trustworthy, its a sports nutrition shop basically.

He keeps other proteins but after myofusion, I prefer using 100% gold standard whey from ON.(this you get in Neulife stores, lokhandwala and bandra)

Pranav, I got the offer on sms and when I went to buy my next protein he said the offer is available. Even with 1 pe 1 free, price per scoop is still the most expensive haha

Call up neulife to check if offer is on, these guys take out new offers often and close the previous ones.

cooldude, when are you working out, morning/evening? Important to take a scoop before/after sleeping
As for proteins, Syntha 6 and Dessert taste like some amazing ice cream, amazing taste..super expensive. Both are from BSN.

I'm just paranoid and have reason to be paranoid too with all the fake and adulterated proteins in the market. I only buy from trustworthy places, found only 2 as of now.
General stores and drug stores cannot be trusted, that is just my opinion.

@ cooldude, Wake up early, have your breakfast and then hit the weights. I will never understand why people workout on an empty stomach Cardio on an empty stomach is fine.

S0uljah, suggest some other shops in Mumbai please

Fair points and a fresh, though OT perspective.

I did not want to put across the sense of an assault on my senses from unwashed bodies. The problem with not washing up after a strenuous workout is the spate of rashes and fungal infections one tends to end up with - especially in Chennai and Mumbai.

Thanks Guys.

Yes myofusion has the red dot signifying its non veg.

Opened the tub like an hour back, it tastes nice, scoop has like 6 grams more powder compared to other companies which I didn't realise so mixing was kind of a problem until I added more liquid. Got the consistency right and now it does taste good.

So does that red dot for non veg signifies it has egg albumen or there is any other reason also?

In addition the taste is actually the best i had tasted in any protein so far.

Red Dot = Contains Egg
It tastes good because it contains fat and caseinates.
But having said that there are far better tasting, better quality and more effective proteins in the market.

didn't realize taste ranks so high on priorities. I ate all kinds of stuff (egg in milk, raw egg, some bland powder made of desi grains) when I was training hard, never cared for what it tasted like.
