I'm sure I'm in very distinguished company by doing that.

nu⋅tri⋅tion [noo-trish-uhn, nyoo-] –noun
1. the act or process of nourishing or of being nourished.
2. the science or study of, or a course of study in, nutrition, esp. of humans.
3. the process by which organisms take in and utilize food material.
4. food; nutriment.
What exactly can I say in a negative light about nutrition or working out, without casting serious doubts upon my IQ, is way beyond me. Maybe you can enlighten me.

I have NEVER recommended a single supplement. Please make sure of your facts before spouting nonsense. I have always suggested what, to me, appear to be BETTER supplements, and only when asked! If you go through this thread in it's entirety, you'll see my view on supplements. Once again, be VERY careful of what you accuse me of. Being a moderator does NOT give you the right to make false accusations.
I have always listed the pros and cons of supplements in order to enable a user to make an INFORMED choice!

Yes I am. I am a certified fitness trainer as well as a Specialist in Performance Nutrition. Your turn ...

Maybe you should consider keeping better company

Ghee drinking villagers, diarrhoea ridden, puking gym buddies can't be much fun, can they now?
Has a smoker actually "advised" you to start smoking? If yes, my first sentence is all the more pertinent!

Why would I mind? A long list of passions actually. I've run a bakery (certification in bakery and confectionary), was into e-learning and language QA (M.A. Lit), bred, trained and showed champion dogs (patron member of the Goa Kennel Club), taught windsurfing and sailing (voluntary), minor copywriting, etc. and am currently setting up a nutrition and fitness consultancy (certified fitness trainer and SPM, ISSA). Whew, I've had fun
