I see its a while since anyone posted on this subject. Don't know about the cricket scene in India but here in England we have been infested with that awful twenty/20 game.

T20 as cricket is well not really cricket.

10 years earlier and i could have been thinking differently. Why? Because 10 years back i stopped playing pro cricket as there was no exposure beyond a particular level. For getting into the Indian Team, the requirements were you either had to be from the BIG teams or have a godfather with the right contacts. I had neither.

If T20 had happened then, probably i could be smiling at you guys from big hoardings in your cities.

T20 is not all that bad, ask the small time players. Its a boon and they will retire in peace. We.. well we just need to move on with a lot of pain in our hearts.

Unless the wicket breaks up after two or three days, it does seem to be headed that way. However, pressure of a high score can sometimes do strange things. Current score 403-2 in 85 overs.

India should declare with 800+ score on the board, the pitch would break on the third day & we would have bhajji/ojha in song in this test.
