194 on a bowling wicket was a good total. Aussie procession back to the pavilion had started but rain saved them.

Really? They were maintaining a rate of over 7 runs an over with only 3 wickets lost & you talk about "procession"?

In a D/L situation, they would have had an eye on batting 25 overs with a higher run rate to put India out of its misery that's all. The rain saved our Indian brethren, not the Aussies......

Not really. I was away since Thurday (so missed the T20 ) and got back to my seat yesterday. But just I managed to see the start of the Aussie procession (Hopes & Ponting). The way Ishant & Sreeshant were bowling, the match would have got over before Aussies could manage even 100 .

Diabloo - hold your horses man. Its just one innings that the youngsters have performed. They need to do this consistently to be able to cement their places in the side.

Although I am happy that the young team fought well today in batting - now its our turn to bowl - and we have tremendous batsmen to bowl against. All the best.

In the pitch report today, Akram said that he was surprised that Dhoni chose batting on Sunday, because the pitch assisted seam bowling on that day. Today he said its a good batting track. IMHO, 194 was enough on that day.

Yup, and I think it will be better if we can postpone this argument of youngsters vs. seniors at least until the end of this series. We can discuss more about Cricket?
