Here is brief itinerary for the day.

10am-start from hotel mahendra executive at satara toward bamnoli

11:30am--at bamnoli

11:30am-1pm triveni sangam boat ride.[ if its rain, then we will go to triveni sangam by car].

1pm-2pm lunch at local eateries at bamnoli, the food is homely with rural taste.[ like jawar/bajra roti, baingan bharta, green chili chutney, dal-chawal etc.]

2pm-3pm---drive toward kaas lake

3pm-3:30pm--kaas lake

3:30 pm-5:30pm--flowershow at kaas plateau[ in case parking restriction at kaas, we will have ample time to ferry the bhpians from proper parking to the spot].
I am sure that there will be rush at the spot and likely restriction of parking at the plateau.

5:30pm--onward, you can leave the place toward your home.

If we start at 10am sharp from mahendra exe, we will have ample time to enjoy the nature.

I suggest, everyone should take some packed food from the start point as there are no proper eateries at any place till bamnoli.
At Bamnoli, there are some eateries but i am not sure if everyone will be comfortable with it.

though there is list of confirmed bhpians, i am not sure who is coming and who is not coming.
whoever coming to the meet, please be there sharp 10am at hotel mahendra exe satara on 17th sept 2011.

6:00 AM from Mumbai will not do. We will have to leave from McD at 5:30 AM sharp.
Hence let me propose that the Mumbai bombers leave McD at 5:30 AM so that we are in Satara by 9:30 AM or else everyone will get delayed.
Pune Peshwas can join us enroute, maybe near Katraj bypass or some other place comfortable to them.

tBHPians from Pune, as per Ashish's plan, to reach Hotel Mahendra Executive, we should start from Chandni Chowk around 7-7.15 am.

I am suggesting 2 meeting points (purposefully, not restaurants, to avoid delays) - please provide your opinions

You can enter in the hotel by turning left in front of the hotel from NH4, no need to take service road.

One more confirmation from my Side. I have even asked few of my friends to join with me lets see how many actually make it. So its Me + 0/1/2.

Will meet at 5.30 AM at McD near Panvel, its too earl guys.... And this time first thing i will check before leaving is to see the radiator Cap.
