As advised in earlier posts, detailing by a professional would be required but I doubt the cost vs. result advantage.
Rather if it is just the fender, it is easy to re-paint it. Cost would be not more then Rs. 3,000 for high quality 2K finish with clear coat.

I wanted to get a VFM tyre polish for my brother's venue. Any suggestions? How's Sheeba polish, it has good reviews on Amazon.
Which tyre polish do you guys prefer?

Carpro PERL. little expensive but goes a long way and can be used on Plastic Engine Rubber and Leather. High Dilution ratio ensures it will last long.

Get a dedicated rim cleaner if you have those painted alloys.

Checkout Turtlewax seal n shine or Turtlewax ceramic spray sealant/Megs Ceramic spray wax if you wanna spend more and want a higher lasting product.

Autosol is a wonderful product but not for Painted Alloy wheels. It is best suitable for Chrome or Stainless Steel.

That was very interesting. I also went on to watch his video about how to remove clear-coat scratches.

Leant something quite major. I have been under the impression that the clear coat is just a thin gloss on top of the rest. According to him, the colour coat is thin, and the clear coat is much thicker. Maybe metallic and pearlescant colours are thicker, but maybe the clear coat is still thickest?

It depends on the manufacturer - Some of them coat it so thin that after 4 or 5 rounds of polishing - its merely there. There is no standard yardstick. The thicker the coat, the better it protects the base. Over and above that, many manufacturers do not use a clear coat on solid paints!

I don't think there's any factory painted car now a days that doesn't get a clear coat. I'll be very surprised if there's one!

They go for something that is mixed with clear but not applied seperately, like BASF glasurit 55 or something like that. Colors like white and other solid colors are like this - single stage no separate clear coat.

White especially non metallic needs all the visibility it can get, best used without clear on top.
