hi.. well.. i have indica turbo dlx 2006! i have just upgraded to philips ralle 100/90. and i works wonders, the entire kit. ie. relay holders and bulb would cost you not more than rs.1000. dont go for 130/110.they are little too much and there is a chance for blow up as indica has the provision of flickering when we pull light lever towards driver, at that instance both filaments light and ther is a chance of over heating of the filament!

@IndianRunner:

Any idea of the cost of the Philips H4 Xtreme vision bulbs? Called 'Philips Sales' up last month and was told sales would start mid Nov. Was informed they would retail at approximately 800 - 900 bucks but he wasn't commital on the price since it hasn't been officially launched as yet.

Couldn't wait that long though and got myself Philips Rally 100/90 bulbs . Was very interested in the Xtreme vision bulbs though (could have avoided a relay and extra wiring), even had thoughts of ordering them through Auto-Lamps.

do you have his number? also how did you contact philips? I had send them queries regarding xtreme vision, but didn't get any reply from them. Also the chennai number mentioned in their website is not working.

You are right about that mail id. However I suspect that Dowlat Basha guy is one harried, non-interested guy who loathes replying to these Net based queries.

I did exactly what you did. The mail somehow went to a senior guy in Philips who redirected it to this Basha guy. He sent me a mail in reply informing a dealer in Hyderabad.

Unfortunately the dealer's location was not very suitable for me because of the distance and difficulty in reaching the place (Mojamjahi Mkt). I wrote back to him asking whether he can suggest me any alternate address as this one is far off. I tried twice or thrice but this guy never again replied.

I concluded that the poor chap is an unwilling ally in this new "Philips Venture" of net based marketing and probably believes that he has much better work to do than replying to some emails from unknown people.

have Philips 100/90 on my alto and they are more than enough to get most of the big vehicles to dim, in the city and also the highway.

how do i find out if the crystal vision bulbs are genuine ?

Hi!

I bought Philips Crystal Vision 55/60 H4 for my safari 2.2. I find that there is not much of a difference between the Autopal OE bulbs and these. The Philips bulbs are 4300k temp.

Do i need a relay/cutout for these bulbs ?
