VMG. your problem seems like mine , i started with misty violet (because wife like that and i liked black ,so had to compromise),shifted to bluish silver and finally bought alabaster silver. Reasons-any dark color is difficult to maintain, misty violet - kool but how long was the question as i thought it may not be evergreen color and bluish silver is in between grey/blue/silver (confusing color ? to me), then thought of alabaster silver as BOTH of us agreed , it gives a GRAND feeling ,a bigger feeling & easy to maintain for scratches/dust etc. BUT afterall color is a personal choice and let me tell you CIVIC looks kool in all shades. CHEERS !

I agree with our pals, please go for the Silver one. The Bluish thing doesn't appeal on the roads. I went for a Harbenero Red and suffering from maintenance and the swirl marks. But whatever I love that color too.

Please have the Silver car sun film controlled (maybe little dark) it really looks cool. IMHO

Usually most private insurance Cos give 20-25% insurance discount (in anticipation on future business).
This has got nothing to do with the dealer. You should negotiate dealers discount separately with the dealer.

You can negotiate the insurance discount yourself with any insurance agency and can even get your insurance done yourself. (However it may be more convenient to go with an insurance firm which dealer has tie up with).

Shocking - is City Vtec faster than Civic MT ????????

Do you believe Autocar figures?

20 - 80 kmph in 3rd gear:
City Vtec: 8.25 sec
Civic MT: 12.23 sec

40 - 100 kmph in 4th gear:
City Vtec: 10.95 sec
Civic MT: 16.37 sec

Is City Vtec faster than Civic MT ??????

I am disappointed with Civic if this is true.

Honda is cheating us with the Civic....

Ok, I completed first one year service of my car recently and the bill was around Rs.1623.

Some 1000 bucks for change of engine oil & few other consumables + some 600 bucks for service charge...

Most other owners have communicated similar maintenance expenses. Nice isn't it...
