Hai friends (continuation of last mail)

2 days I was away- taken my beauty for a long drive - total 500 koms i.e 250 kms one way. Route Edat (Payyannur-Kannur District) via kannur, calicut, Kottakal, Kunnamkulam to Guruvayoor. Roads in some places miserably bad. Had to struggle, even at that stage my car was willing jump ahead of other cars.

I got 11.10km/L overall with 100% A/C. (almost -approx- 15/20 km slow running, always on 1st and 2nd gear only otherwise the mileage could have been better).

Yes, ofcourse this is a flying machine. Overtaking is very easy. even at 3rd gear with
A/C she was happy to climp Roads without any extra sound and what a fantastic mover in the turnings. Even when she was falling in potholes, no rattling at all.
Thanks for all your advise through this colum

Further, I have seen many fiesta's on the road (more than maruti's or HOnda or hyundai - I talking about sedans only).

Really feel proud that I have taken the right decision.

Thanks to all,,.

The Aux-in point given the fiesta car - Will it suit a MP3 car stereo 3.5mm aux-in
in put cable (ebay price Rs.145/=)?

How about buying 12 DC POrtable Car Air Compressor at Rs.590/- (again ebay shop)

Please some one guide me on above

@nairrk - Congrats on the "Black Beauty". A touch of chrome will add to its beauty.
The side strips and front grill. To complete the package add the rear deck lid handle as well.
Wishing you many miles of happy and safe motoring.

GO FIDA.

Thanks yours, I will check locally if any shop will have it, otherwise will order through ebay
by the way, besides Apple iPod, is there any fitting available to connect
USB (where we can store many good songs and then enjoy it in the car)?
Thanks

Side strips - definitely am going for it. After delivery from the showroom I drove the car straightaway to home. Then continuous rain so I didnt like to take the car out to the mud. Honestly, I wanted to drive the car first time to a temple hence delay in arranging all extra (essential) fittings.
Front grill - Hope this is available only with Ford Dealer?
Thanks

Nairrk, yes connecting cord for USB is available, yet I have not tried (as already I,m using iPod) but the car accessory shop owner told me it plays the songs using Pen Drive, before purchasing see practically how it works or I'll try and let you know.

@nairrk - for connecting a usb key you could use an FM transmitter. I am not sure if the stock HU has an option to connect a usb cable in order to use a pen drive.
The FM transmitter plugs into the 12V socket.
