Review: 1st-gen Ford Figo (2010)

Has anybody know or enquired about the alloy wheels and its cost, now I am going to book Figo arond 10th of May or is it better to buy from outside.

The salesperson quoted that the alloys will cost 14k odd. (not sure if it was for 4 or 5)
BTW, the ford alloys were not very good looking.

14000 can not be for one but if for four then its very good price.

The updated Figo website has three designs for alloys in the accessories section. The one in the brochure is among them.

No mention of that USB add on. The dealer does not have it either.

Great job, I think Titanium pack is VFM and great to have at that price.

There are more stuff on the website that no one at the showroom has any idea of. Which was somehow always the case.

Roof Rails (seen on the website but not mentioned anywhere)
Gear Knob Bezel - Optimum Aluminum
Chrome Garnish Fender - Side repeater
Puncture Repair Kit (Also available anywhere)
Thermocooler (It was mentioned as a Fusion Accessory as well, but never saw one)

Also no mention of Steering Wheel Covers anywhere.

Another question I had with all those who have already received the car.

Is the Jack same as what is there in Fusion? (It was wonderful)
Is the wheel spanner same as well? (It was awful)

Thank dude.I still cant understand why my dealer is asking Rs.1300 for the front chrome grille

My fifth tank fill also shows me a mileage of around 14.5 km. So i guess F.E figures dont seem to be favouring the Figo TDCI atleast for now.

The Titanium Pack seems to be a cool deal. Just have a couple of questions:-
1. Would they offer the titanium pack on a ZXI / EXI (wonder what should stop them from doing so)

2. If we go for alloy wheels alone, do they give the net cost ? (i mean do they charge us : Cost of new alloy wheels - cost of "almost unused" ordinary wheels)

nevertheless the titanium pack seems an awesome deal... would perhaps go for that.

@ all : One of my cousins were the first to get a Titanium TDCI Squeeze (3rd week of March) in Blgr. I have been going through the FIGO threads and there are Figo owners who have been saying that some of the Apollos tyre shod cars have been facing issues and Ford has been kind enough to provide a replacement. Called up my cousin who says that they have Apollos on their car. So do all Apollos require replacement?
Apollos Accleres are supposed to be above average tyres. So is it just Figo who's having a problem with them?

Its just the apollo batch was defective and they terminated the contract, i got the apollo ones, called Customer care regarding left pull, they immediately responded and changed the tyres to Good Year.

Update: Goodyear GPS 2 and not GT3 for me
