A friend saw this Chevy Caprice in Delhi recently.

To save space this kind of two tier parking is not uncommon in Bangalore. Commercial properties around the CBD and some malls have this type of parking.

Classic Plymouth.

Do you recall the registration number ? Did the car have a Petrol mill, or an oil burner?

BYH/2140 or BYH/1917 by any chance. Or even BML registered? And where exactly in Pune was this?

BYH, is a Poona registration number, of the mid/late Fifties, early sixties.

BML is a Bombay regn, which corresponds to the mid Fifties.

Anton (my friend who clicked the picture) Tells me it has a BHY (BHY 2410) Registration and used to be in scrap condition

These 3 Ford Model A's belong to Ghani Auto's Jaipur.



The green car has been recently restored, It has recently got a radiator stone guard fitted, which I think adds to the charm.

Interestingly the red ford has a visible registration number plate, the others have it blanked out?

Is it that they are not registered?

Neat looking cars, hopefully they will be used and not remain trailer queens.

The blue ford AFAIK is the Hyderbad car, which was yellow in color before restoration, went from Hyd to Mumbai to Jaipur. discussed here

Well nice to 3 Fords in Jaipur. The Yellow Ford from Hyd, I have few pictures taken while it was in Hyd. Ford in blue colour looks nice, love to see more pictures.
