I have an old JBL 500 watt 12" for the moment. Will upgrade to a JBL 12" GT1000 sometime later.

then GTO 75.4 would do well, but some would prefer alpines for infinity

Holy goodness!
Who'll be the blessed one to do such a thing?
@harmon. JBL 75.4 will be good for you. Bridge 2 channels for the Sub and use the other 2 channels for compos. Alpine will be more expensive and not much better these days for the price. You can try LISTENING to some before finalising. That's the most sensible thing to do in audio. Or ask NavinJi.

Ok I had PMed Sam about this but I guess he is busy, so here it is:

My friend is getting a Getz on Saturday & on my insisting he is going for compos in front from JBL(any other options? obviously not expensive than the JBL ). He has following things already with him:

Sony CDXF5510x HU
Some Sony Coax speakers

So can you guys tell me the exact model number for the front compos for Getz & also if possible the tentative price in Pune.

Atleast something should be good in the ICE

He has suggested to go for GTO607C. & the price is around 6.5k

Although 99% We would go for this, is there any other cheaper alternative ?
