oh ! here comes mr.busted, the seriously 'sense of logic' loaded mr.sumoookuu himself. anyone can have an opinion & i have mine too. one thing is for sure, with all this negative publicity for poor sumooku, i am sure i will not buy one, even if it was the only one on the face of this earth, so would my friends. i no longer wish to comment on the sumoooku brothers, as i feel that if i do, i would be doing injustice to this thread & this forum, as rightly pointed out by sam. so tata & bye bye s.

Lets please get back to discussing audio. Enjoy your stay here.

Navinji: C'mon old man . Stop threatning us. We are not gonna let you go anywhere. I cant imagine this forum without you. And as usual you're right.

Others: Guys, give the somokoo guys a break....If some people like Somokoo, so be it. If they dont like JBL, so be it. If they think Hertz is crap, so be it.

Somokoo Bros: Dudes. Cut the crap. ..Like Navinji, I hope we have a respectable homebred (or even China sourced) sub brand of our own one day.

Just my .02, B&T please dont attack me.
Thanks Gunman for the support. It means a lot. Just be careful about B&T though. After he attacks you he eats you! :-) Or is that LBM who does that?

There is no need to abuse anyone.
Navin this is a little biased. I am not abusing anyone here. If anyone is doin that it is esteem lover. The way he has written to santosh should not be ignored. I wonder why aren't you saying anything to that. I agree that you had a "disclaimer". I didnt accuse you of anything.
Just that esteem lover needs some lessons in manners. Usually when people run out of logical arguments, they start to deviate from the main point and make irrelavent statements. This is simple plain insecurity. Thats all.

Why should I... I would actually love you. (If only LBM wasn't in the way.)

That is indeed a nice explanation.

@Santosh, please understand that I do not have a bias against any product. I would assume most forum members can sense that. I am myself from the audio business, but I have tried as far as possible for that to not reflect in any of my posts. I wonder whether you could tell what brand(s) I represent outside of this forum.

Anyway, in the past, I have patiently responded to most of your sincere queries and comments (ref: the big fat OFC discussion). Do not think that I am totally obsessed by the so called 'big brand names' of the industry, that is not true. I started by DIY-ing using mostly locally made stuff, and I appreciate everyone's initiative.

I review car audio products for an auto magazine, and if the concerned product comes along, be sure that I will enthusiastically give it its' right standing.

But, I am influenced strongly by whatever products I have heard in the past. Also, the way they were demonstrated was not up to the mark. More specifically, this was at an AV Max show at the Hyatt, Bombay. Up unto here, I am talking only from the point of comparing it to existing active subs, of which most I anyway find pathetic. Another influence is the audacity of linking it with a legend like Velodyne. I know that is completely impossible. I do not take words of that sort seriously, and immediately judge the person saying it. Wouldn't you, if I told you Space is designed with inputs from Amarjeet Bose?

I am also not a big fan of active subs for car. I have to yet come across an active sub from any brand out there that would thrill me.

Cant we find another topic?

Yes LBM I am getting a bit bugged. It is not very often I get so bugged.

Gunman (and his reticient partner), Sam, B&T etc. have met me and atleast one of them will vouch I am usually a patient, understanding person.

No, but I would like to think that there would be several associated with tetrahydrocannabinol.

Navinji, let me clarify myself- the old post that you mentioned surely look like straight cut-paste from an advertisement! So I no longer have any "surprises" for it being removed. On the other hand, I also feel that its not far different from usual exchange of contact information which is very much common throughout tbhp. I don't expect anybody to draw a clear line separating whats legal and whats not since I believe evrything on the forum completely relies on mutual trust and mod's judgments.

I think none of the members (definitely not me) would want you to relinquish mod status!!!! because you have already seen how it goes when you take a break, as short as 2 days. With my limited exposure to ICE, I haven't seen a better person for that job. My apologies too, for my contribution to the mess (if you see any!).

Gunbir, B&T and others... both of you made perfect sense. Thanks for understanding me and acknowledging the fact that there are valid, logical (and non-commercial!) reasons behind whatever I have been posting.

To all experts, that poor soomo sub which is capable of creating such a stir here certainly deserves some serious attention from you guys with a broader mindset. Now that a few of you have specifically shown it, I have raised my hopes on getting some genuine & unbiased review on concerned product(s) soon. Keeping attempts of marketing (if any) aside, rest of the discussion about it should not be banned, rubbished or humiliated. Whether the review turns out to be good or bad is a different matter. It may or many not open up a new chapter, but at least it will close the current chapter amicably, without leaving anything to doubts. I will be a happy person in any case.

Looking forward for the thread to return to normal and to continue healthy discussions! And yeah... esteem_lover, I think its a better time now to say cheers:

B&T, you had asked me to identify what you represent in the market... if my information is to be believed, audiobhan is a part of it! ?? I didn't know that you are an audio reviewer for magazines... anyway, I have NEVER observed any bias in your statements. Its great to have a company like yours!!

1. It looked like an advert. I did not get a confirmation to the contrary from Vickram. I assumed it was an advert and edited it. hope that was clear.

2. If I ever seem biased let me know. I try my best not to be. I hope I can continue in that vein. A biased Mod is the last thing this forum needs.

3. I would love to review the latest of Palesha's subs.
