Heard, the iPad 1 price is dropped and in some places the difference is refunded. Is this applicable or atleast known to Apple India?

Just said goodbye to my iPhone 3GS. It was originally bought for testing our iPhone apps, now the programmer is ready for it. I could have considered iPhone 4 if that was available in India. I don't want to get into this jail-breaking business. So I am back to HTC Touch2, which feels pathetic.

Yes once you taste it, its very difficult to move out. I suggest you try to get one from singapore, hongkong or middle east if possible. Even BLR grey markets you get unlocked ones IIRC amitoj picked one up from here.

International warranty alright, but in India what they used to do for the ones sold here was plain replacement. So unless 4 is launched here, i dont know how it is really gonna work out.

Though all the news point to a launch soon. Hope its not like the last rumour

Hey, you can get factory unlocked iphone4 in Bangalore. Someone in my office bought it from Planet 9 in Jayanagar some time back for around 40K i think.

I loved the iPhone, but hate Apple policies. And I ain't paying 40k for an unsupported grey market phone. I am planning to checkout the Android world next.

Is anyone having trouble accessing the app store after upgrading to iOS 4.3.2? I am able to view updates for the apps installed on my phone, but when I click on "Upgrade", it attempts to upgrade - but does nothing.

Also, when I try to "View my apple ID", that doesn't do anything either.
