Please don’t tell S-cross is inspired from BMW X1, even to your enemies. In my honest opinion the current S-Cross feels like an ugly design. I always feel someone having braces on their teeth is smiling at me whenever I see the new S-Cross.

Will this come with TECT body or the same flimsy build as in the current generation Ertiga? The cosmetic enhancements are of very little or no value for me at least personally.

If the suspension is going to be the same like the previous gen, then I'm not sure if it can make a difference. When I'm alone driving the 2013 Ertiga, I feel the drive a little bouncy, But the same disappears when the car is loaded with 4 adults and 2 kids. The SA says its normal with Ertiga

This is true with the Ertiga. However, what I always do when driving alone is to keep tab on the air pressure, especially the rear tires and limit that to 30 PSI. This definitely makes the ride much better as opposed to 32-34 PSI.

When I am on a long drive, I set pressure on on 4 wheels to 33-34 PSI.

The recommended pressure for 1-2 passengers for rear tires for Ertiga is 28 PSI.

Maruti needs to bring a petrol engine with at least 200 NM of torque. Having driven a turbo diesel, and read so many mouth watering posts about the TJet, it boggles my mind as to why Maruti don't bring a 1.4 turbo charged petrol engine.

I love Maruti, but my next car will most likely be the NA 2litre petrol Elantra. It may not be turbocharged, but 190 odd nm of torque are close enough for me.

This thing got to be coined an Engineering Marvel from Suzuki -

1) Making a 7 seater to a 6 seater.
2) Making the same panels dipped in Black instead of Beige.
3 ) XL6, damn why not XXXXXL, good they do not have a Hexa or Innova sized vehicle in their lineup, else would have fallen short of prefixing the X's

Must applaud the MS marketing team and engineering teams, selling a nut and bolt job Ertiga as XL6 and coming up with a launch date for that too. Engineering Team, hats off for pulling this miraculous Job.

We Indians continued to be fooled by this Japanese Tin Can seller, good that auto industry is in the gutters, they needed a correction badly.

4 Speed AT is a bummer, its just a front face lift.

Triber launch is within a week for people to make their decision.

Triber will be quite cheaper than the XL6.

4-speed auto is sadly here to stay, it'll be seen in more Maruti models soon.

Maruti seriously needs a new five-speed TC AT or a DCT.
