Hi guys, I booked my AX7L P AT Red Rage offline through Shiva Auto Sahibabad Gzb on 7th Oct'21. My booking id was OTF22K000***. In Dec'21, by online tracking link, I came to know that my tentative delivery date is 7th June - 7th July 2022. Now on 12th Jan'22, they gave me another booking id OTF22M000***, citing a reason that their internal dealership code is being changed. They assured me the price protection and the original / old delivery schedule in writing via an email. It's been 2 weeks since then but the tracking link is showing only new tentative delivery date on ie 7th Sep'23 to 7th Oct'23. I replied back my above mentioned predicament to the customer care Shiva Auto and CC to gmdelhi, sales delhi, Mr Syed Hanif, Customer Care Mahindra but to no avail. Now what should I do, shall I continue waiting for them to revert back at their own liesurely pace. It's getting frustrating day by day as there is no clarity.

This is really frustrating. I can understand the ordeals you are going through. It seems that once the OTF number changed, it was treated as a new booking. What's the booking date reflecting in your new OTF? Suggest you continuously follow up on emails to Mahindra Management keeping dealership in loop. Not sure if dealer has goofed up anything. Call Mahindra customer care and understand about the two OTF numbers. Hoping for a quick check correction.

Tracking link is showing new tentative delivery date of 7th Sep'23 to 7th Oct'23.

The booking website no more operating as before - One can't see the tracking details which was visible before.. My booking is well past due date by good two months... is this just me or everyone else?

Very Apt, this is precisely the reason i dropped the XUV 700 and bought the Safari. Delivered within 15 days of booking.

So on the laptop it's not working and showing the same error. On the mobile, it seems to be working fine.

Yep - same here. Thanks guys. Looks like the portal doesn’t have updated details - I don’t know when my car is coming! The date itself is missing.

The portal wasn't working back in the morning. It is working now though. Looks like there was some deployment that was in progress.

For the folks who are past the CPD dates, the portal shows empty fields for the delivery fields. There is no communication or clue whatsoever given to either dealer or the folks taking the call under the guise of customer care agents.

If there was ever an award on who pulls best pranks on customers, M&M will top the list
