Any photos or links.
I don't have any photos, but what I meant was adding an air filter in the AC unit which is also commonly called as cabin filter. Like this one: https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07F5V5J71/...v_ov_lig_dp_it

@santosh.s The car doesn't have a provision to have a cabin air fliter unfortunately. I thought about the same only to find out there is no way it could have one in there.

Re: Cheaper options: Spare parts for the Baleno sedan

You are right, the AC casing has a lid for cabin filter, but internally there are cooling coil pipe connections/evaporator that intrude into the space that should have been otherwise dedicated to the filter. I had shoved it in anyway since it is a very flexible paper kind of filter. I thought having it would be better than not. Without it, leaves or other garbage/rubbish get stuck in cooling coil or vents or get thrown right into your face especially for the first time when using the car after being parked for long. Once I had something that got stuck in my eye due to this. Though it was a very minor injury, had to pay a visit to an ophthalmologist to get it removed safely! I have also installed a SS rat mesh over air inlet.

Mine is a LXi which didn't come with any stock filter, don't remember for sure but may be VXi had it?

Re: Cheaper options: Spare parts for the Baleno sedan

A bit off topic, but still closely related to "baleno sedan" and hence I thought this could be a relevant thread to ask in. I am planning to sell my well maintained 2006 baleno sedan soon in near future. How much price should I expect her to fetch me, realistically? (location Bangalore, color pearl silver, odometer close to one lakh km, pretty much everything in an excellent working condition)

Essar Automotive, the over the counter spare parts distributor has advertised the Stage 1 Exedy clutch for 33k. Is it so expensive? Can someone here confirm.

Re: Cheaper options: Spare parts for the Baleno sedan

I am not sure if this is the answer to your question, but I read somewhere in this thread, and learnt from my mechanic that the Swift 1.3 Old model's clutch is direct fit to Baleno, cost around 4K. Regarding your question about performance clutch, I got one related link in tbhp itself:

https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/techn...aleno-one.html (Performance clutches for the baleno. Which one?)
