Yes.

They are saying that it has been registered but when i ask them for a receipt they are saying it will take 10 days for updating but they insist my BSI is registered.

I just wanna confirm whether it is been registered and what BSI plan have they registered .

thanks

You got your tire replaced?
Which one went in? Runflats? Or did you get normal tires?

Chassis number is WBANX75060CO68088

i paid them 269000 for 5 years or 100000 kms BSI at the time of delivery which is august 17th 2008 but they failed to register which i don't know why.

Once the BSI rates were increased on september end they told me they made a mistake by not registering and they told me that they would give me 3 years 60000 kms BSI and a free phone kit for their mistake which i rejected outright.

From that day onwards they were telling me that management teams were under discussion regarding this.

recently i put loads of pressure and then they said they would pay the excess from their pocket

On the first of this month they are claiming that they registered and it would come in 10 days but has not arrived as of now.

I just want to know whether they are telling the truth and what BSI they have registered.

ZAK i got 2 RFTS replaced for 1600 INR which they told was labour cost which secure dint cover

thanks
