Best way is to tweet to Mr. Anand Mahindra and tag rajesh664.

Or mail to kharga(dot)asha(at)mahindra(dot)com - Head CRM.

Some design issues result in water logging in the tailgate. Are others facing this issue as well? This seems serious if it's an issue with every car.
What a weird issue ?

I second that. I have Z4 AT due for delivery next week. This seems weird yet very important thing. I am not sure if it's present in all scorpio N.

Can existing owner's confirm if they are also facing something similar?

Re: Mahindra Scorpio-N Review

I'm just back from BLR-South Goa-BLR, 1350 kms trip. ODO now at 1617 kms.Listing the Pros, Cons and Issues faced
Pros:
1. We took BLR-Tumkur-Davangere-Huballi-Mollem-Vasco route onwards and backwards, super neat highways till Huballi and single lane NH, under contruction roads stretches and Ghat roads later. Believe me, I'm from a small hatchback background, never once car felt intimidating to manoeuvre.
2. Power on tap all the way from 0 till 90s or 100s or whatever your speed is. We had 6 people and luggage on roof.
3. Pure respect on road, i had driven other cars, different experience with ScorpioN, you always get the right of way. I felt a safer on the roads.
4. Front camera is a boon in basement parkings and all tight spots. Used it many times.

Cons:
1. Height adjustable seat belt. For my 5'10" height and shoulder width, felt bit uncomfortable.
2. At certain higher speeds, in well paved 6 lane roads, steering felt stiff, very stiff to manoeuvre in slight curves. I had to reduce speed to get normal operation. I think, steering weighting up with speed is not well tuned. I mentioned this to service advisor to check during the 1st service. I kept my speeds -10 or +10 kmph to road speed signs.
3. Android auto worked only 50% of the trip. If it refuses to connect, nothing we tried worked. Big pain. Hope Mahindra rectifies this ASAP.
4. Auto stop system in toll gates & signals, sporadically kills the engine completely, you need to press the start/stop switch to bring it to life.
5. Again Auto stop system, if you stop in a slope and issue mentioned in point 4 happens, vehicle rolls back. Scary.
4. I installed Mahindra integrated roof carrier, it creates booming sound around 80 kmph and higher, my advice, if you can avoid and look other options.

Conclusion:
Is this best car i ever owned ( In past: Ford Ikon, Fludic Verna, Honda CRV, Corolla, Ignis) BIG YES. But problems needed to be sorted.

@vinbie2019- how to use the front camera? My advisor was clueless when I asked him. Thanks in advance.

Check the above link. Though this is for XUV700, the system in ScorpioN should be something similar.

Re: Mahindra Scorpio-N Review

Actually we tried all the on screen buttons but didn't see any option for the front. It was a toggle between wide camera, left side of the camera and the right. That's it.
I am thinking it will work while in gear but don't know which button to press.

Re: Mahindra Scorpio-N Review

Visited Mahindra dealer - India Garage at Mysore today. The showroom looked so vibrant with the great looking SUVs. The first time I visited Mahindra showroom was in 1989 when my Dad bought the MM540. Mahindra has come long way!!

Here's my Daughter who loved the ScorpioN over the XUV7OO. Same was the case with my wife too.

Re: Mahindra Scorpio-N Review

Saw the Grand Canyon colour shade of Scorpio N in flesh. It looks stunning and makes it look a segment above. Couldn't click pictures as I was driving.

Re: Mahindra Scorpio-N Review

Hello, Yesterday I visited my dealer to check my Z4 AT Forest Green in person. It's a beauty and I can't wait to get it home. It was 104km driven in Gurgaon. Hope this number is okay.

I went under hood and saw that bolt on fender cladding (black cladding above wheels) were bit loose. I checked few other scorpio N as well and it was pretty much same with everyone. I am not sure if it's by design? Can others confirm?

Re: Mahindra Scorpio-N Review

Not sure if it has been shared in this thread before, but came across this video of the Z4 4x4.

Hoped that the Z4 may get the mechanical lever like the Thar, but nope. Gets the same rotary knob minus the 4xplor modes, hill descent and MLD/BLD.

Re: Mahindra Scorpio-N Review

Hi, can you share how much did the roof rack cost you and for which model? And are all the models of carriers shown on the website available with Mahindra? Im eagerly waiting for my Z8 and have slowly started scouting for Accessories.

Even if the Z4 came in only 4x2 with rear MLD, it would have made it more effective to come out of sticky situations rather than plain 4x4 without MLD.
