It might be a good idea to take care of the rust also (temporary work atleast) before it goes out of hand.

Amazing ride friend.

I have travelled a lot in the Army Nissans back in the school days courtesy the NCC & friends whose dad's were in the Army.

Back then in the hills lot of thse trucks were converted as passenger vehicles, ferrying people to places with non existant roads.

I will be following this thread closely to see your "Real Truck" take shape, all the others are pseudo.
