I found transferring contacts to be one of the fastest and easiest features. I was able to transfer the contacts on a jiffy from an old Nokia.

You were using a 5230 were you not? Maybe the HTC recognizes Symbian S60 5th edition very quickly or something.

I on the other hand, was using an old Nokia C5, which ran the non touch old Symbian. Maybe support for this is limited.

Its just amazing.

I'm using Samsung note, on Sunday, I updated the software to ICS. Just after updating and rebooting it, the display of the phone was showing pink color all over (everything was readable but had a pink touch all over). My phone had no issues and was working perfectly fine till Sunday night. I took it over to Samsung service center, they checked it and told me that display has gone and it will be repaired under warranty as they don't see any sign of damage to due to my fault.

Now, I have a feeling that it’s not the display as it was perfectly fine till 10:15PM, I updated note to ICS and rebooted it at 10:30PM and since then the problem started. Can it be due to software? When I switch on my phone, display works fine for a second but just after that it turns pink. Anyhow I have given the phone for repair but just wanted to know if someone else had a similar issue.

I face somewhat of a similar issue after the ICS update. Whenever im viewing a site or doing some work on the note, if the screen times out i.e locks itself due to inactivity. Then if i just press the home button or unlock button, my screen shows lines all over in different colors and the text seems to move from side to side. Dont know exactly how to describe this but it happens to me quite often. All i don is just again lock the screen and unlock it.
Experts please advise.

Why don't you try a complete factory reset! I'm very sure all these niggles will be ironed out. Downside is you'll have to download and install all the applications again and all app data will be lost.
